From the m5 the best route to Bude is to follow the a30 to Okehampton then pick up the a3079 signposted to Bude. Follow this then the a3072 through Holsworthy to Stratton, where you briefly join the a39. From the A39 follow the signs into Bude town centre. Here you will join a one-way system. Follow the road up the hill past the Post Office and at the top stay in the left hand lane. The road crosses the golf course and the Camelot is at the bottom of the hill on the left.
