The staff were lovely and friendly, especially David The Duty Manager, he made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother to help. The food was good for breakfast and the evening meal. We would stay here again

The beds were comfortable. There was nowhere suitable for our group to hold a short meeting and the statff very kindly served us in one of our rooms, bringing in extra chairs. They tried their best to accommodate us. The location was great. The hotel is a bit tired. There was a wedding in the evening and guests who needed a smoke did so at main entrance causing smoke to waft into the receoption area and leaving the entrance littered with cigarette butts- not a good first impression. The hotel appreas generally to be quite grubby.

The hotel staff were exceptional and very helpful, nothing was too much for them to do for us. We also brought our dog with us and found that they were also good with her. The hotel itself is in a good location for shopping and near to facilities which we wanted. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. The only thing which we found that was a problem were the loud guests nxt door who were on a hen night, which is nothing to do with the staff.

good staff made you welcome and comfortable, good food, all very good value for money I would stay again if coming to the area. We had a twin room on our stay and the only thing I would say is that the beds should have been secured somehow as when you sat on it the bed moved.

brekfast was really nice and included into room price with a choice to ay a bit extra for cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable. The staff lacked knowledge, room was small and very dated and furniture and bathroom was worn down. At the bar there was not enough choice of drinks as they seemed to have ran out of quite a few drinks and ingredients. It also closed at 11pm which left us hanging aroung in the lounge.

I found all the staff friendly and helpful, which made my stay very enjoyable. Only one problem is that the bed moved away from the headboard during the night.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was okay. The breakfast was good with plenty to eat. Bed was not great, was at a slant! Bathroom smelled funny and the floor and skirting needed a good clean.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was in a pretty dire area of Birmingham, which was quiet. But the view from the taxi en route didn't look the most pleasant. The wifi while free, was un-usable in my room as the signal was so weak, signal was better in the reception/bar area. The hotel needs a facelift, as the paint scheme looks old and outdated.

The staff were very helpful in patricular Franchesca who worked in reception and housekeeping. I have marked the location as fair because I believed your hotel to be closer to the centre and with the inclement weather (snow) experienced during my stay this became an issue.I Found the hotel to be clean and the staff very helpful.

Few Hotels in Birmingham offer free car parking these days, so whenever we go to the City we always stay at the Campanile.
