Free Wi-Fi Convenient location Clean and comfortable Good facilities Helpful and friendly staff
The excellent bar place, proffensionsal staff with delicious hot taste food!
Shower !!ahh old taps thing,I hate it.pls put some nice pressure lovely shower taps?
The staff were brilliant. Always smiling and helpful. Food was not to bad.
Rooms are so tired looking it was unbelievable. Only one ironing board for the entire hotel of 111 rooms, and I had to use beer mats to keep it upright.
Bar area next to canal
Room 129 is clearly a meeting room that is clearly used as a bedroom occasionally, the bed was a pull down, very uncomfortable, pipes made lots of noise and the room was desperate for a thorough clean
I was in room 129 and there was no mirror or main ceiling light in the bedroom! Mirror in the bathroom but no socket so difficult to use hair appliances.
the breakfast was really nice
there was nothin i didnt like
Bath and rooms were clean. The recepsionist was kind and helpfull.
The position is ok, not the best one. You need 30 min by walking to the Main Train Station and City Centre.
Location was perfect for us. Just minutes from the NIA & ICC. Friendly & helpful staff We have stayed here many times, & will continue to do so
Not the hotels fault, but because we had a disabled room it was right next to the stairs, & a group of young men came back to the htel, during the times of 3am & 4.30am, & woke us up. The noise & language was horrendous. Also, because the hotel was so full, on the Sunday morning, breakfast was not as enjoyable as usual (we have stayed at the Campanile many times). The amount of staff clearing tables & stocking up on food etc, could have been increased. We felt really sorry for them.
At check in i asked staff if the breakfast is included,he said no. Next morning i asked another member of staff before breakfast & she said ,breakfast is included. that's only thing i didn't like was knowledge to staff..
The shower had been held up by a plastic bag and the tap on the sink leaked. The noise from the corridor was constant.
the hotel is not too far from the coach station and i'd say within walking distance from the very city centre (main rail stations) room clean, though the smell of it not too perfect
very thins walls - you can literally hear everything that is happening in the other rooms THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT WiFi is very poor and works mostly with eother room door open or in the hallways
Normally stay at Premier Inn opposite but this was more than half the price cheaper and with breakfast included Food and drinks good Staff really friendly
Nothing really Everything ok
Location was a lovely walk along the canal into the city. Clean, friendly staff, quiet location.
Spotlessly clean room. Excellent value for money
Good location for the cricket and staff very helpful
It could use a face lift it look tired in places
Approachable and helpful staff. Choice of rooms. Canalside setting. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Really nice continental breakfast Very good value for money.
No bedside table. Only given a bathtowel - no handtowel. No hooks or towelrail.
The reception area had quarry tiles on the floor it remindid me of a public toilet. The woodwork in the bedrooms was painted battleship grey a bit of putting. On the whole i was not keen on the hotel.
Really powerful shower, free wifi, lovely staff on front desk and in the restaurant, all for a mega cheap price in a perfect location for my trip
If I had to find a negative, the bed was slightly too soft for my poor back
Location is quiet and near all major roads. Good value for money.
staff.especially restaurant staff on sunday morning
the hotel was run down. tried. needs complete renovation.
good price, free parking, free wifi
there are no nearby restaurants, the hotel restaurant is not brilliant. Hotel breakfast was a shambles, no ham and cheese 2 days running ! Crockery was dirty, covered in food and wet. My bedroom door was left open all day by the cleaners. Come on Campanile, you're letting your standards slip - go and stay in an Ibis and see how your fellow countrymen can do a great job.
Really helpful friendly staff
Noise at night from some drunk women, then shouting from other people telling them to shut up which resulted in an argument. A very loud argument. No mushrooms at breakfast.
Excellent location for the University and centre of Brimingham. Godd parking facilities and the welcomed dogs which was very helpful. It was very good value for money.
Rooms needed a litlle bit of up grading and the surrounding area was very dirty with mounds of litter everywhere.
