Room is good, clean and tidy.

The room air conditional system is poor , no cold air even set to lower temperature .

The staff were friendly, the food was excellent and it was very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money

This is a good value for money clean and friendly Hotel. I have stayed here several times before, the food is really nice and the staff are very helpful. Good size rooms, quiet, free WiFi. Close to Bradford and the M62.

Staff on reception and room maid excellent. Being able to smoke and have coffee at the same time without going outside !!!?

Tv did not work to set alarm (I never asked reception though) No drawers in the bedside tables and one light did not work. A little bit more coffee sachets for the morning would have been nice.

Dirty bed linen, no proper bathing facilities for disabled guest, could not get in our out of bath

So Clean and Comfortable . Rooms Excellent. Super food at good Prices..private gated car park.

Very good value and nice room.

I made a special request on booking form that was not met and on checking out (a day early due to outside noise) I told them I had a complaint I would like noting - I was not happy with the response - eventually offered 10% refund which I did not want - they failed to grasp that I had a reasonable complaint and simple apology would have been nice.

The room was very comfortable.very quiet,had a nice sleep.nice full english breakfast.will stay again.

Staff members on there mobile phones in the restaurant area.member of staff forgetting my coffee until I was half way through my meal,even though I was nearly the last person there !!.

Very friendly welcome - as a solo female traveller, I felt secure. Nice reception and restaurant. Room clean.

Only issue was that I was a bit cold in bed - the quilt was not very thick. Will bring a blanket next time!

Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff who are always friendly, polite and most helpful.

The ham used in breakfast buffet.
