Campanile Glasgow Airport    

Appreciated the lift to the Airport, albeit a little early at 06:30am! really good staff.

Very clean and comfortable We had our dog with us and he was made welcome and a good place to walk him.

our room backed on to the stairs and was a bit noisy.

Bedroom was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Not noisy considering location and only 10 minute drive to airport.

Location near IKEA & other shopping.

Staff were very helpful Very good at booking taxis for us.

From the address "Glasgow airport" we thought we would be a lot closer to the airport. We needed to get into Paisely as we did not have a car and know we can walk from the other hotels by the airport into Paisely. We could not do that at your hotel, so it cost us more money by staying there. I think the address should be changed so that when booking your hotel pepole know just were the hotel is.

The Friendliness of the staff and the size of the rooms and the beds are comfortable.

The fact that we were put on the same flooor as a very young noisy loud football team which there were 96 of in the hotel the same time. It would have been better if we were allocated rooms away from them on the top floor as they ran about all the time - uncontrollable.

It was in a good location, close to the shopping centre (Braehead) and only 30 mins fron Loch lomond. Good power shower ,and continental breakfast was okay.

The room wasnt the cleanest, very dusty.a broken bedside lightshade,and in the bathroom ,light not working in shower cubicle and no hand towels .

Free wifi lovely staff good rooms clean

Breakfast was cold .then it was 20mins before the rest of the breakfast come out . It's not Glasgow airport

Chosen for location - daughter in Southern General Hospital for a week's admission.

Was given room already taken first - neither elderly gentleman or I impressed. Had to get keycard redone twice at reception as wouldn't work. No teaspoons at breakfast buffet.

Within walking distance of the Braehead Arena. The fact that my complaints from our last stay had been rectified.

No plug socket beside the bed.

My phone was out of order the four days. I reported the problem but it never got fixed. The breakfast was expensive as you could have full cooked breakfast at Braehead for 3.50 The matresses on the bed were uneven

the staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful and as we were working next door the location was spot on. as we will be up in glasgow shortly we will be booking again.

Spacious warm room with excellent shower. Easy to find with good access to m8 and ample parking.

Not ideal if travelling without car. Food portions on small side. When the eating pub opposite opens, should be a good addition for the location.

Lampshade missing from bedside lamp Marks on mirror. Felt a general lack of attention to detail

Good price on booking.com and shower was very efficient bed comfy nice and clean and good speedy wi-fi .

We booked a double room online when we arrived the receptionist only did the minimum she was not rude but at the same time did not welcome us. She did not activate our room card and when I returned to reception she knew without me saying what the problem was she made no apology although it was clearly her error that we had been inconvenienced. The room was only set up for 1 person eg only 1 bath towel and tea & coffee tray was only set for 1 person when I told receptionist she only gave me 2 extra pots of milk and sent someone to our room with another towel.

Friendly/helpful staff Staff efficiency Especially Louise waitress who had to cope with 30 footballers and all other guest arriving for breakfast at the same time. Good food Any problems sorted promptly Was amazed how close we were to M8 and we could not hear the traffic
