comfort and cleanliness, free internet website showed there was a free shuttle bus to the airport, but I had to take a taxi costing £10. This amounts to mis-selling as I was travelling on a tight budget.

The hotel can add gym and may be swimming just to make the place lively. And my be a loyalty card for their customers. Cleaning services must be improved. Cleaning and regular changing of shower gel and the the tv was too small.

Liked the modern rooms with air conditioning and the large shower ! Large bed very comfortable too , loved the room . Staff were friendly and chatty too Only 5 channels on tv and no radio , also didn't like the way smokers congregated outside the reception area ...sometimes until silly o'clock in the morning !!!

Room was nice size. Nice restaurant on the property. Quick check-in and check-out process. Needed a taxi to airport which front desk clerk arranged for us. Air conditioner did not work, which staff knew about. Shower did not drain properly, very slow draining.

Location ideal,very spacious and comfortable room.. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner in the restuarnt was excellent . A very good selection was on offer for the continental breakfast which suited me fine. I will certainly use the Hotel again..

The hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms were lovely and large and the shower in the en suite was brilliant. The staff were efficient and friendly. The beds were a little uncomfortable, due to the poor quality mattresses. However for a budget hotel I wouldn't expect luxury!

It was not near the airport as portrayed.The free airport shuttle apparently had no driver. Two busloads of small boys came for a soccer tournament,they were unruly and not well supervised.This intrusion was not fair to the other guests. It spoiled our stay and I would not be staying there again,nor would I recommend it to friends. The staff were nice and helpful. Felt sorry for the housekeepers they had a real mess left by the kids

Not a great deal It seemed rather dull and slightly neglected. Bathroom was bare and looked cold and uninviting. Meal and service was slightly slow possibly caused by the staff having to cover so many roles I.E. reception and drinks and waitering.

Fire alarm went of at 4am no staff available to know what was happening. Went down stairs to reception to find staff burning toast. We were not very happy. Morning breakfast ok then went to check out to find printed message saying fire alarm was a test Lies really. Not sure if we will stay again. Every thing else was fine. Regards a disappointed couple

Could not sleep due to children running up and down corridor, knocking on our door, shouting and screaming very late at night, very early in the morning and throughtout the whole day both nights we stayed. Called reception to report this, member of staff said they would come up to see them, unsure whether staff came up but the noise carried on.
