Very relaxed friendly staff, efficient checkin and checkout, straightforward, basic comfortable accommodation. Great buffet for evening meals. Warm in the rooms, no aircon, but it was an exceptionally hot evening. |

The reception staff, cleaners - very helpful. Very quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep. Comfortable bed. Only 1 large towel and a hand towel for two guests? Not good. |

We enjoyed our stay owing to the friendly staff and the fact were able to take our dog along which, made our overnight stay in Swindon very enjoyable not having to worry about the dog. We were also very happy with the comfortable, clean and modern room. The breakfast was most enjoyable and good value for money. The only negative which, is probably our personal dislike is the glossy lime green colour chosen for some of the woodwork and metal coat stand which made it look slightly tacky against otherwise a contemporary style. |

Well decorated and clean rooms. Staff were helpful in allowing my partner to check in as she arrived before me. I had a job interview the following day and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the interview. |

Good, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Restaurant was like a foyer - too open in layout. Buffet starters and puddings looked tired. |

The hotel was convienient for my visit, was quiet and provided all the facilities I needed. I was dissapointed that breakfast was only a continental breakfast as there was some problem with the butcher. I was also dissapointed that I was still charged the full price for the breakfast even though I pointed this out to the receptionist |

rooms were basic and clean, met the needs of our stay. We were able to have adjoining rooms, which was nice as I was travelling with my elderly parents. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the local services. |

The rooms are clean and have been recently refurbished, I have stayed there many times over the last 8 months. On Monday night a coach load of what I found out to be Russians arrived at around midnight, waking me up, the noise continued for about an hour. The following night they came back at 11 pm and there was severe noise, I complained to the hotel staff who said they would deal with it, nothing changed. At 1 am I realised that the noise would not be abated and as such decided to leave. |
