Just 5 minutes from junction 16 of the M4, the hotel has great access to the region’s major road network and offers comfortable accommodation at great-value rates.

The check in and out times and facilities- also due to the wrong address
on the booking form info when I phoned the hotel 3 times for directions
Chris was excellent in helping me to find the hotel when I was lost and
apologised when I arrived for the error on the paper work and he was
very helpfull in every way

Superb staff - they were all excellent.

Very small rooms (1st floor - unrefurbished). Quite grubby walls. Linen, although washed, was not particularly clean.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly especially on allowing our 6 year old grandson to breakfast with us at no cost when he was dropped with us early on one morning.

Food in hotel was excellent for breakfast and evening meal.

Directions to the hotel. Look for Delta Tennis and then ask directions. Not obvious where the hotel is as there are no sign posts!

Everything was good. The staff were very cordial and helpfull. Room and bath were very clean. There was ample parking space available.

Internet facility was available but for an exhorbitant price and only from one service provider.

the hotel was very quite and i was able to have a good sleap.

one of the bar staff was surly and rude which i found upsetting especialy as i was staying there for my fathers funeral. i did not complain at the time because i was too upset. the rest of the staff were very pleasent and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and was very proffessional in her approach to her work.

Although we arrive late and restaurant was closing, offered to take our order when we checked in and got it through to the kitchen. We took our bags upstairs and they gave us a call when it was ready to go down and eat - excellent service at the end of a long day.

Only thing I found a bit difficult was getting in and out the doors with our bags, automatic doors would have been so much easier.

The Campanile was the perfect place to stay for us as we were going to the Heinneken Cup Rugby final in cardiff,. It was reasonable and bar and restaurant were superb conditions as were the rooms. Thumbs up
