The way that the Hotel is set up. Everything was 'Handy' and the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The last time we stayed(not long ago)breakfast was included in the price,but not this time although it was considerably more expensive.on our latest visit.

Th staff were very good, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

The only thing i could say negative about the hotel would be that the rooms need to be updated.

everything room dark n horrid smelt fusty /mould in bathroom no towels that were of any use food horrid not fit for family's and couples more like a student hostel

For a budget hotel the accommodation & restaurant are to a very high standard.

This is my 2nd stay. Sadly the shower head was broken. This meant I had to hold it in order to shower. Also, one of the pillows on the bed could not be used because it had a nasty smell.

The bathroom was not clean! On arrival in the evening, I ran a bath with foam, only to find that the foam had a black coating on the top arising from the bath. The underside of the sink was very dirty and stained, as was the tap in the bath. I reported all this in the morning, asking that it be cleaned for our return on the second night. This was not done. Cleanliness is top of our want list when staying in a hotel. Would not stay in a Campanile again.

Very worn out needing some deserate revamping! Glad it was only one night! Like a holiday camp set up.

Food value for money, friendly staff

The sachets of coffee are horrible!!!!

good accomodation for price charged, friendly staff and adequate breakfast very efficient service.

there wasn'tmuch not to like but felt that evening meal did not give value for the money charged.

Rooms dated, Only 1 spare power point whic i could not find, No hairdryer, Advstised price on bill board on entry £39 inlcuidng breakfast I paid £75 with out breakfast. Geraly the site car park and pathways need attention

It was clean and very friendly and in a good location for us has we were going to a family party near Southend.

The outside could do with doing up .

friendly helpful staff who responded promptly to a reported problem. good value deal with breakfast. exactly the same as the various French Campanile hotels I stayed in numerous times years ago - they were always a pleasant experience.

The food is always of good standard.

Although we could use the tv the remote control for the set was not working, battery cover missing. I did mention this to a member of staff.
