Nichts! Everything: After 2 nights i changed this motel (to Premier Inn Leisure Park Hotel). Dark rooms without enough light, the equipment and furnitures in the room were dirty and old, very small room, the hotel is direct to the A127 - very loud. Police department is next to the hotel - heard the helicopters the hole night. Strange guests there - Motel feeling. Wi-Fi/Internet access doesn't really work there. Bad mobile coverage (every carriers). Felt not safe there. Never again! |

The room was nice and clean, with a clean bathroom. The restaurant seres a very nice english breakfast. There is no iron or ironing board. There is only one power socket in the room that is nowhere near a mirror, making it useless if you want to use a hair dryer or hair straighteners. |

The generous hospitality tray In the bathroom there were two little bottles with green stuff in them but there was nothing in English to explain what they were. I used one of them to wash my hair! |

Small room but with good facilities. Pleased about window shutters as near a busy road. Easy to find as signposted from a couple of miles away. Perfect for a short stay business trip. |

The fact that even tho rooms are no smoking I can stand outside for a cigarette - and that it is near to shops The state of the hotel is in disrepair now and needs a facelift more than I do! When no smoking came into force rooms should have been decorated inside and out! |

It was in a convenient position for the purpose of our visit to Essex, the quality of the breakfast was excellent. I felt that the rooms were adequate for a couple of nights but quite confined for any length of time |

The room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to find off the motorway network. The reception to the hotel was difficult to find it was part of the restuarant but not well signposted. |

Warm, friendly atmosphere. Attentive staff. Comfortable and clean. Could do with updating and decorating - looking a little tired now. Smell of smoke in no-smoking room - don't know where it came from. |

It was the best of a bad selection for the area, without going to big expense. Location was convenient because it was right next to the dual carriageway. The staff were good. It was a throw-back to 1984, stuck in a timewarp. Room was in real need of an update, but it looked like the hotel had not had money spent on it in years. |
