Staff and clean rooms. It was so cold and they had put the heating on :-)
food was excellent
the noisy teenagers staying next door talking all night!
Good value, comfortable bed. Reasonable food.
basic but comfy for an overnight stay
on the balcony floor people walking past and looking in window
The cleanliness and efficient replacement of tea and coffee
Location and value for money
Shower head not working properly
Clean comfy room with pleasant helpful staff, they even returned/sent left items back to us. Free wi fi a bonus. would stay there again.
Originally a little hard to locate, but one phone call and the staff gave us good directions
Rooms look like they hadn't been decorated in about 30 years, room smelt stale. Uncomfortable bed. Dining area was dirty Bathroom had a broken shower, and there was no hairdryer Fire alarm went off at 2.30am, but no staff saying what to do. Alarm went off after 5 mins, but still no staff around to tell you what was happening
Overall I was left with a good opinion. I first used campanile hotel in France and would choose to use you again if I had a choice.
The food choices very basic and the restaurant was dirty with old food on tables. Very noisy so a bad nights sleep it is right next to a main road that never dies down. Internet was borederline usable
Room was clean and tidy, breakfast good.
Rooms are dated and require updating
The food was great and everything was clean and tidy.
The noise in the early hours of the morning was unsettling.
The bed, location, price.
The heaters in the bathroom were broken. The lights in the bathroom were smashed. And someone stole the hairdryer or its the only hotel in the world that does not supply a hairdryer.
Cooked English breakfasts, Waitress service,Cleaners,
Cold room, not very well insulated, lack of power sockets, terrible wifi connection, dirty stained bath towel, with brown marks on,very noisy neighbour's,no wonder proofing - could hear noise all the time,tv played up,controls not working properly, over priced omleett- had to be charged for two omlettes, because wanted extra toppings, instead of just three, and when I was given the meal,it was an insult! Wasn't large enough, justva pne medium sized omlettes, had to go to the keban mobile van and purchase a kebeb! Didn't sleep all night due to a party going on above me,night porter couldn't control the guests or noise, management shoulder called the police. No- I won't be recommending this Hotel to anyone!! Sorry.
food good parking excellent location good cost good compared to other places
this visit was spoilt by part of the carpet being wet problem sorted and we were compensated for the problem this will not stop us from staying here again it has always been good the other times we have stayed here
Shower was not good. Just no power Only 1 plug socket in the whole room! Could hear others in there rooms
Location, access, convenience, setting and the staff welcome. Relatively quiet yet close to highway. Affordable by comparison with others.
Excellent for one or two nights, a bit spartan for a longer stay.
Friendly staff and comfortable room. Hotel is well located and breakfast was of a good standard
WIFI was down for the duration of the visit.
Ease of access
No sound proofing between rooms. Inexperienced night staff unable to deal with situation that arose. Evidence of drug taking in car park. Noisy guests at all hours.
Has a roof. Breakfast is decent, but cheaper and better at local cafés.
It's pretty run down. I stayed several nights. It's noisy. Internet was intermittent. The fire alarm went off at around 5.30am a couple of times.
it was quite clean
monochrome decor was awful. Was very plain and depressing, shabby, dingy and dark.
Food ok and some of the staff
Attitude of some staff, insufficient and grubby towels. Did not take account of booking request until after arrival.Bathroom not suitable for disabled an bath had no antislip mat
It was a good location
I walked in to a naked cross dressing man in my room and I ran out I didn't sleep mostly all night as I was quite scared someone would walk in my room
Alarms going off from 5am when I spoke to the guy on reception it seemed to be ok and was told that it was because someone was smoking in their room, and was called a liar he said that they were'nt going off in other rooms, I know they were because I could here them. I would'nt recommend this place
clean rooms, good parking
