Price Was woken up by the noise in the next room, and the hotel was situated too near a motorway. The safety notices and recommendations in the room seemed to be translated from a foreign language and were slightly confused. |

Comfortable rooms, great for short stay. We enjoyed the pillows, best quality. Old tale, couple of tea bags, very little sugar. Why can't hotels go to so much trouble to put kettles in rooms and never enough tea?coffe/sugar. R |

We chose this location because it was just off the motorway. However, several motorway exits were closed including the one where we needed to get off. Due to the above problem, there was no reception open. We were only ten minutes late. |

The freephone facility for taxi's and their blend of tea. For the price, it was what you paid for. A bog standard room! |

There were insects nesting on the curtains, there were dead moths lying around. I went to complain, and was told to go way by Eric the manager. |

The Manager was very unhelpful when we arrived 2 hours early due to an early flight and would not store our bags until check-in, (even though the conference room was empty) leaving us to hang around the hotel. |

It was relatively cheap and easy to check in and out of, with a somewhat expensive, but nice enough breakfast. It was a little too far out of the city center, not as was described. |

It's a £15 taxi fare into the centre of Cardiff. With rates at £85 for a twin room, you'd be better off using this combining these for £100 room in the centre of town. It's also located in the middle of nowhere, no other facilities around it. |

It served a purpose to stay for one night. A bit basic and bland, but it was convenient to where I wanted to be the following day. Customer care seemed to lacking. |

The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water. There were not enough towels or shower gel, the breakfast was not particularly good, the fried egg was undercooked and the scrambled egg was cold. |
