Not for the light sleepers amongst you. Thought we had a faulty fan in our bathroom which stayed on all night. I didnt sleep a wink and when I complained to reception in the morning I was told that it wasnt faulty.... Non of the rooms have an overide so despite all the green notices everywhere, the fans stay on 24/7!!! The whole purpose of our stay was to chill before a long drive home the next morning. The receptionist was totally non plussed at the situation which was a shame because the rest of the staff were really helpful. My fault I should have read all the other negative comments before I booked.

I made the booking based on the appearance of Campagnile hotels I have driven past previously. They looked quite good. I didn't be;ieve I was at a Campagnile when I pulled up at this low grade motel style building. It was pretty unattractive and the room while functional, left a lot to be desired. The foo was, at best, ok.

Good location next to the dome, cinema, mcdonalds etc, 10 mins bus ride from town centre. Large comfy bed and staff friendly/helpful. Only criticism is that there was only 1 plug socket which was used for the TV so could not charge phone etc and watch TV at the same time.

Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Warm and comfy enough for the money. Dogs were welcome and this was a priority for us. The rooms are rather dated, but considering the price and the fact we had 2 dogs with us, this did not bother us. The bar closed at 11pm on New Years Eve which was a bit of a letdown as we were told it would be open until after midnight.

Basic, no frills. Reflected the price. Rooms had a challet feel to them. Small-Average size, but I wasnt looking to live in it. Full English Breakfast was Ok. We returned back at 01:30hrs. No access to the bar. (Closed. Maybe a good thing.) Everyone appeared at breakfast at the last minute (us incl'd) The staff appeared to just about cope.
