Well equipped room
I struggled with the stairs. If we book again can I ask for a ground floor room?
Staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault them.
Everything is absolutely fine as long as you bear in mind this is budget accommodation and not a Hilton.
The staff were excellent especially the French gentleman on the reception. Breakfast was very good value for money.
Being allocated a room next to the boiler room. The low humming noise all night was a little annoying.
Staff members were extremely nice. Room conditions are fine and it is a quite location with easy access to buses.
Great value for money. Staff wonderfully pleasant.
The daily change of towels made bed and tidy room
The increase in the room and the inflexibility of management to negotiate a price as I was planning to be at the hotel 4 days per week up to March 2015.
Clean and tidy, staff very polite and very good value.
It could be everything you need and has reasonable wifi
Poorly furnished, 30 years out of date, and the stain up the shower curtain could actually be straight out of Psycho :/
Very friendly staff and facilities good A chalet type hotel.
Price, quiet, location
Fine on this trip - but not being able to check in after 23:30 would rule it out for me quite often.
Enjoyed staying at Priemer Classe. Comfortable and satisfied with all facilates for short stay. Would recommend to a friend.
Location good, polite and helpful staff. Shower was nice and hot.
Rooms need attention. Carpets poor, cobwebs in room, telephone and TV both broken. No toilet roll holder and no toilet paper.
the staff where helpful for calling a taxi.
i will never pay 66 pound again
comfy bed good parking warm room friendly staff have booked again for next year loved it
Short journey to NEC, plenty of grass for morning and evening walks. Large car park and not too busy. Warm and comfortable room
More towels as standard for two ladies and a hairdryer to use would have been good. Not a major issue but next time we will bring our own
The bar had draught beer pumps but no draught beer or lagers in stock. A single vodka and coke was £5.25p. The room did not have towels until I walked down several flights of stairs which are in the open and then trudged across the car park in the pouring rain to get them. The room does not have curtains but a steel roller blind like a derelict shop , which made it like being in a prison cell. However the bed was comfortable. Decor looks as if it was last refuted in the eighties. Booked two nights but only stayed one and booked into the premiere inn for the second. Needs senior management to spend a couple of nights there to get the whole place into the 21st century.
Overall pleasent stay and would recommend to others. It was like a cute american motel everything we needed for 24hrs
Shower was hot and nice.toilet and bed linen were clean.
Felt unsafe without a protection of a corridor or reception anywhere near. Room was small, no nice touches, just about ok. Felt claustrophic with shutters down. Unhappy with car park having no security. Shall not be returning. I am not a snob, just not comfortable with the area or facilities.
Location was good for the evebt we attended at Ricoh Arena
Style and cleanliness of room, very outdated. Noisy room and noise from other guests. Motel like accomodation.
Price & convenient location
General worn out feeling of the place. Used to be a Campanile but quite down at heel. Warnings in car park don't inspire confidence.
Nice big bed. Nice and clean Great bath. Good quality body wash in the dispenser. Reasonable sized room. Very close to 24hr asda and retail park 2 minutes. Macdonalds on doorstep as well as a pub serving general food. And several garages. Very close to motorway but not too much noise. Staff nice and helpful. Lots of parking. Don't go for a holiday but great for a business stop over.
A little bit Bates motel rooms are chalet style with a single stone outdoor stair case ..outside is grubby and needs attention looks worse with the metal shutter over the windows ..inside of rooms much better. TV remote broken ..I had a pack of batteries with me and replaced them but still broken. Not 24hr reception. Towels were a bit tatty.
Customer service e.g staff ect was a very cosy room and was just right also was f9 Good that it was right next to mc Donalds
Hotel is close to asda, mcd,s and a hungry horse pub for great food.
1.Needs more lighting on the stairs had to use a torch. 2.No hair dryer. 3.TV did not work 4.Room too dark 5.Decor needs updating.
easy access good parking comfy beds and warm room
