Everything was great
The people living there that were outside all night scarey
good shower lit car park
but shower cubicle mouldy shabby and not very clean lukewarm breakfast with rubbery eggs stinks of cigarette smoke
Fruits in the breakfast area.
At my arrival I was told that there was no double room available (despite my booking) and I was given a twin for the same price. They told me that they contacted me beforehand but there's no evidence of that. I arrived in the room and after a long day I wanted to take a shower. No towels nor soap were present. At my protest the staff came after 10 minutes at my door with only one large towel. The room has a lot of wear and tear and carpeting wasn't clean.
It was a convenient place to stay for Brandon stadium, good value for money, friendly staff
Large comfy bed, very good shower, easy parking, convenient to motorway, value for money.
Cant think of any negatives.
No tooth brush past/ soap/ breakfast... We had to pay for it?
Friendly helpful staff Good location Easy access to room Parking Bar available
Bed was not very comfortable Decor was clean but a bit shabby Did not think breakfast was particularly good for value or choice, may be better to have a selection of sandwiches and hot drink rather than the small buffet.
Bath & Shower- No force in water at all. Not quality clean
comfortable and value for money
A fresh painting
good shower ,quiet area, parking close to motorway , good pub across rd.
small bath , varying room rates.
Bed was comfy, free wi-fi, motel style so parking right outside room.
Very dated room, quite scruffy, TV was selotaped at the corner and didn't work at first, very little soap in dispenser, not enough towels provided.
Very helpful receptionist much cleaner than my last. stay.
Still looking grubby which is just a question of a tidy up. Other guests smoking on balcony which seeps into your room.
Location good clean and tidy - helpful staff
The shutters on the windows made it feel like a prison
Decent wi-fi unless the page has pictures,(YouTube)...Good location for me, but noisy until 10ish. Staff friendly. Bed quite comfortable. Cheap. Good tv.
Very tired furnishings, some lights not working, no shower mat in room (but request from reception - bit late by the time you're ready to shower). Roll-down shutters on outside of window give you the uncertainty of your surroundings. A bit H-Block...
Nothing as we had rotten railings filthy room was not even clean when wee. Moved inn no way off. Find lights as out side light not working can not walk along balcony to room properly because of the concrete Peres
Easy to find. good parking. late arrival acceptable. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Bathroom very good. Breakfast room pleasant and clean. Good value for the price. It suited my purpose as a late traveller.
My room number located at the far end upstairs of the block and as a lone woman traveller I felt very intimidated walking up the stairs and all the way along the upper corridor. I was in the dark trying to find out how the door key card worked. The door chain was missing and I wasn't sure that the lock was secure. I put a chair against the door so that I would hear it if it was opened in the night.otherwise all ok
Proximity to where I needed to be....
I'm not that picky and it was a room for one night but fixtures and fittings very tired, and noise insulation between rooms very low! Cheap for area but too expensive for what it was
Free wifi and location
The rooms were filthy, and they look like an army barracks. The rooms want a complete overall!! It was expensive for what you got. Definitely would not stay here again.
Close proximitry to my needs
Late night early morning drainage stench The reception not 24hrs Only one key to room should you wish to stay out longer than your room mate it is inconveniant to one or the other
Cleanliness of linen Cleanliness of bathroom
Dirtiness of room Dirtiness of outside area Being mislead about the balcony Cheap furnishings That the security chain in the room had been cut through Old electric fans Noise of air cons from other rooms
No sockets to charge my phone :-)
We spent a long weekend here and in general, enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. This location was well situated for our purposes for an event at the Ricoh Arena and close to the major arterial roads. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was more than acceptable with a choice of a cooked meal or cereals, yoghurt's, pastries, fruit, toast and preserves, continental style breakfast with meat and cheese etc. Something for everyone!
There seemed to be a shortage of towels during our stay and usually had to ask for them at reception. The hotel was however very busy and almost full. The facilities were basic but as they say "you get what you pay for".
