at least the bed was new and clean the name has change but the rooms have not, the kettle in the room had its mains cable extended with a screw connector that had not been wrapped in electrical tape there were live part that you could touch. the bath room sink was cracked, the bathroom light would not stay on. the best of the old hotel was the fresh french stye food now its basic ping food.

location was great and the whole non introsive approach was just great, did not feel like i was staying in a room amomg a block of flats like a prisoner. the seperation of the reception from the rooms is just great-a sense of independence.

It was an extremely friendly environment. The room service was excellent and the rooms themselves were magnificent.

Not as bad as the reviews make out. For the price was clean and comfortable. Was at a course at the hospital so was perfect location wise. Was very dark outside. Room are separate from reception so as a single female traveller I didn't feel very safe. I wound not stay again if on my own but would with my partner.

Good location, price and reasonable budget bar breakfast facilities, easy to park and access. Rooms and bathrooms were plain, clean and tidy. Free wi fi is good as is desk space to work at. Condition of the bed base and mattress was was very worn and not very comfortable. Would not like to have stayed on that bed for more than 1 night

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Room so grotty, tv ancient, windows dark and old fashioned, bathroom awful, bath very very tiny, sink all cracked, only one towel for two guests, smelly, and no extra blankets, damp, in fact terrible, I would never ever go there again, breakfast a disgrace, food area cold and awful just like a macdonalds, I complained to the staff said it was a disgrace, and I would never come again, please dont ever go anyone, its the worst place ever

Cheap and nothing wrong with the room and en-suite. Bar and eating area clean and pleasant. Staff member was friendly and helpful but they were understaffed. One poor girl was doing check-in and bar when I arrived so took 10 minutes once bar queue had cleared and the following morning was still there doing check out and serving breakfast. Hopefully this was a one-off?

Staff were very helpful. Location was just off the m6 and near family so that was good. First room we had wasn't clean, smelt awful but we were offered another room which was better. The rooms are dated bit like staying in a shed!! And not particularly cheap. We have stayed at other similar hotel chains that have been far superior and quite often cheaper.Don't think we'll be staying Premier Classe again and definately not the coventry branch.

It was cheap and easy to find The room was very stuffy and hot and because there were no curtains and the metal shutters had to be pulled down, it became even hotter.

The tv had apparently been stolen by a previous occupant. The bath was fine if you are 3 foot tall.we did not request an early wake up call but it seems that everybody got one!!

Really lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location, right in the middle of it all. Lovely place, really comfortable, our first trip away together, perfect place for a romantic getaway. One tiny thing, the paint was peeling and a bit of mould in the corner of our room and in the corner of the dining room. Everything else was spot on, lovely.

Had to request towels as there wasn't any in the room on arrival. Disturbed the following morning before 8am by industrial lawn mower. Complained to receptionist who struggled to understand English then denied all knowledge of any grass cutting being done. Further away from Ricoh Stadium than we realised and cost a fortune in Taxi fares as only black cabs available and charging extra for Bank Holiday.

Clean room, very friendly staff who were helpful. Plenty of parking available. Free wireless internet a bonus and easy to connect to. The rooms were in a separate building from the reception (but they were only 20-40 metres away). Quality of the room was fine.

Leaving. It was like stopping in a cell. No curtains so you have to use security shutter. Spider webs all over the room and mould in bath room. Will not be stopping at another Premiere Classe.

“Very pleasant staff, good value for money. A lot of parking space, we arrived late after a conerence ( after ten) and the hotel must have been full because about forty cars were parked up but we managed to squeeze in.
