There was nothing to like about this apology for a hotel, but for all it's faults it was at least clean in the room and en-suite. Small rooms, very basic, low budget, little privacy unless you close the roll-down metal window shutters. Zero car park security and had no confidence in the security of the hotel site generally. Am so glad I was only booked in for a single night. This "hotel" makes a Travelodge seem like a 5 star!

Nothing at all. The rooms are disgusting. The staff are arrogant unhelpful and if it is raining you will get wet trying to negotiate a path to the room. The web site is missleading. The apparrently all you can eat breakfast is not the case. The food is over cooked and dry. Over all disgusting. The room stinks like a old dirty pub. There is a droning noise that is humming in intervilles all night long. The room is provided with 2 thin pillows which is nowhere near enough even for a child. The steps leading to the room are exposed to the weather so it is dangerous walking up an down them. The staff are arrogant and not helpful at all.

The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very clean although the rooms could do with an update. The food was well cooked and presented well. For the price this hotel is excellent for people on tight budgets also the noon checkout is a good feature. Will definately stay again and recommend to others.

Not much. There is some misrepresentation. The picture on the web site is the booking/restaurant building, and the rooms are a collection of chalets that look like 1970s Butlins in a different block not illustrated. The room was cramped, quite basic, and noise from a fan system went off every 5 minutes all night.

I read the reviews and was a little apprehensive but thought it was close to where I wanted and decided to risk it. I was really surprised the staff are really friendly and the rooms were not as bad as I expected. The beds were really comfortable and clean and tidy. The shower was amazing and the free wi-fi an excellent touch. Had an evening meal there and it was brilliant and the breakfast was really good for the price. The whole experience was great and can't wait to do it again.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Room so grotty, tv ancient, windows dark and old fashioned, bathroom awful, bath very very tiny, sink all cracked, only one towel for two guests, smelly, and no extra blankets, damp, in fact terrible, I would never ever go there again, breakfast a disgrace, food area cold and awful just like a macdonalds, I complained to the staff said it was a disgrace, and I would never come again, please dont ever go anyone, its the worst place ever

Cheap and nothing wrong with the room and en-suite. Bar and eating area clean and pleasant. Staff member was friendly and helpful but they were understaffed. One poor girl was doing check-in and bar when I arrived so took 10 minutes once bar queue had cleared and the following morning was still there doing check out and serving breakfast. Hopefully this was a one-off?
