The food was very good. Although the breakfast was expensive it was good quality and the evening buffet was excellent value. The hotel is in an commercial estate in that can only be accessed by negotiating a very complex (at least for foreign visitors) system of interconnecting major roads and motorways. I found every other hotel in the area before finding the Campanile and then it was a receptionist at one of these hotels who gave me directions to find it. A sat nav in my hire car would have been very useful. It's impossible to look at a print off of an online map while in the kind of heavy and fast traffic that surrounds the Campanile until late. |

Cleanliness of the room. You quoted me £50.00 on your website and I was charged £65.00 perhaps you would be kind enough to arrange the necessary refund immediately. |

clean room and nice food there were no smoking rooms - you could have at least 2 or 3 rooms made available for smokers at maybe extra cost to cover the additional cleaning required. |

The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff were reasonably helpful. I thought it was quite soulless, and the range of food at breakfast time was limited. The location directions on the website from Bluewater were very poor - I struggled to find it, and as a single person late at night found that quite stressful. |
