Overpriced small portions at dinner. Not value for money certainly. Had to go and buy a meal elsewhere afterwards. Room was scruffy, carpet had stains.

The room was very well appointed and the beds really comfortable. Particularly liked the fact that we didn't have to wrestle with an unco-operative shower! Very quick check-in as we had been held up on the road and arrived just at the last minute go to a concert at the SECC. Extremely pleasant receptionist who dealt with the person in front of us in a calm and helpful manner despite their being a language barrier and he had turned up at the wrong Campanile.

The only "down" side was the breakfast. Too many people squeezed into the dining area. £8.50 for a quite poor quality cooked breakfast where not even the tea and coffee were served and £6 for a continental breakfast seemed a wee bit steep. If you want to have that many covers to eat at the one time then fresh, hot food needs to be more readily available as does clean cutlery.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful!! The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. We didn't eat at the hotel but overall our stay was great!! Would definitely stay again....:)

Close proximity to secc. Excellent parking facilities.

Cooked breakfast, water for tea not boiling. Restaurant service impersonal.

The way the staff assisted in arranging transport for our guests who had met with us at the hotel but who were staying elsewhere

Reception staff seemed very helpful and welcoming. Location ideal for SECC. Easy to find from motorway aswell. Hotel was nice enough, basic. The room we stayed in was far too small though!

room was tiny - hardly adequate for 2 people let alone trying to squeeze another bed in to classify as a triple room!! Very poor value for money, even at half the price we paid (room only rate)!

The location as it was near the secc and was easy 2 find from the m8 as it was signposted. It was reasonably priced and there as plenty of parking.

The bar area was small and there wasn't enough seats.

The location was great-short walk to City, West End & Kelvingrove. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional.

Only complaint was the google map on the booking site was incorrect and showed the location as being in the city...I Was travelling by train and hopped off at Queen Street and went looking for an address that didn't exist........having said that once I phoned the hotel and was given the correct address it was all good from there on in.

Genuinely friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms. Extremely good value for money.

Friendly night staff day staff a bit brusque and stiff

Television was not working so had to walk to reception and ask it was reprogrammed 1 hour later, the receptionist debited on swipe my credit card for 6.17 euros next day the young foreign woman told me my card had been rejected it is a deb it card and I have much casjh in my account always,i think more to the point she did not explain how to use the card machine I do not live in the uk , I went on to pay for many things that day with the rejected card, alsso after that my friend was charged the full amount of 65 pounds not minus the 6.17 I require a refund of this as it is not legal they stole 6.17 euros from my card I do not intend to let this matter drop as a matter of principle ,I enterd into an agreement to pay 65 pounds , you say do not use this for complaints but yet you ask what I did not like ,I know the score so dont bother sending me your usual this is not accepted etc I highly doubt you will even read this far.
