The fact house keeping took towels whilst at breakfast

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good facilities.

Location, high cost of breakfast.

Large carpark. Welcoming staff. Good varied breakfast choice. Comfortable room with excellent shower

Room a little on the small side but to be expected from a budget hotel.

Friendly staffs and the facilities they offered. Didn't experience any problems or anything, should go again

The price was slightly expensive., I reckon they should make prices slightly lower especially for regular visitors

Food and staff - really excellent, very attentive and food was individually prepared to a very high standard.

The mattress was so bad we had to move out after 2 weeks as back was ready to crumble ! Springs are poking through mattress and it is shaped like a banana. please use same mattress as Premier Inn and we will stop with Campanile in the future

It was ok.

Piles of cigarette butts at the outside seating area. Shower hose too short to stand underneath and I'm only 5' 9".

Walk in wet room

Menus in the room bore no relation to what was available. Coffee machine broke down, and they could not even bring in kettles of hot water. Problems with toasters every morning. Only allowed 1 towel each,

The bed

Basic but comfortable room. Very clean, quite room to rear of hotel away from main road. Friendly efficient staff. Very nice food reasonably priced.

Wash basin very slow to drain-probably parcially blocked.

The secure but free car-park. The clean and comfortable room. The reception staff were helpul & friendly. Easy distance from Leicester city centre.

It was right by a main road and it was so noisy that we were awake by 5am as the traffic got busier and there was no chance of going back to sleep. There was 3 pillows between 2 of us and would of preferred 2 each. It was too hot in the room and we couldn't open the window because it was too noisy outside.

Kind friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms Breakfast is excellent.

A very pleasant stay! Had an interview the following day and I felt relaxed there the whole time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent! (Both breakfast and dinner) :)

The mattress was a bit lumpy but other than that, overall really good and would recommend!

The staff were very welcoming and since I had an interview the kitchen staff were very helpful by agreeing to make me a sandwich before the kitchen opening times at 11:45pm.

The toaster! Was very opinionated but the staff again offered to make me toast from the kitchen (only a minor set back).

The pillows not enough of them in the room. The towels not big enough

Cleanliness could be better, iron requested never delivered, glasses and tissues in bedroom would be welcome

system to re-enter hotel late at night (after 00:00), we met other guests at the gate and although there were several card-keys none of them worked. Fortunately when we buzzed a member of staff was able to help but would suggest the system could be looked at

Receptionist and restaurant staff were very helpful.

The bath was very slippery, and when i was getting in my foot slipped and i bruised my knee on the edge of the bath.
