The hotel is located just outside the centre, but close enough for a short walk to get you where you want to be. Soft bed, clean room, free wi-fi. Tv also had alarm function. Plenty of tea & coffee in the room. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice & the menu for the evening looked good too. Plenty of free parking.

Bed was a little too soft for us. The hotel is on a major intersection, so traffic can be a little noisy.

    Great location for City Centre.

Could do with glass(s), in the toilets and more tea/coffe supplies. More plugs in the rooms as we had to hunt for one only to be told it was behind the curtain at the front window.

Food quality disappointing. Kept hearing the microwave pinging and fish didn't quite taste too fresh. Noticable that although Hotel was nearly full only 3 tables were used for eating.... speaks for its self.

Proximity to hull centre, the fantastic breakfast, the flowers and trees in the hotel grounds, the cleanliness, the staff, the rooms and the free wi-fi.

We asked for an adapted room for a disabled guest, unfortunately the shower was impossible to use as it was over the bath and had no hand grips at all, however there was a bar beside the toilet.

an oasis in the middle of a city, everything clean and comfortable, food wonderful especially the breakfast, staff very friendly especially our room maid Theresa, would always try and stay in Campanile Hotel in the future.

shower bath not suitable for disabled customers. no hand rails and difficult to get in our out.

the window blinds made the room dark aiding sleep. the shower was lovely and warm. there was always hot water. even though it was in the middle of a busy area we were not disturbed at all by traffic.

although I had sent an email saying we needed a travel cot and somewhere for a three year old to sleep upon arrival we were told that my 3yr old grandson should sleep in the bed with his mother and aunty.we pointed out that we should have had an email to tell us this and had to argue our point with the manager. we asked for a mattress out of another travel cot and were told no others were available - we had to buy an airbed from Tesco! when we asked for bedding for the two children we were given one sheet and one duvet(no duvet cover) when I said this wasn't enough the lady said 'oh just put the sheet over the baby as the room gets so warm she will get too hot with a duvet on'. we felt this was for us to decide and her comment was because no other bedding was available. we think travel cot size bedding should have been provided-it is available at the local Tesco! on the last day I made a cup of tea from the supplies left in the room and it tasted of washing up liquid -these things happen so I just washed the cup. later my daughter said, about a tea bag in her room,'smell this, its got cleaning fluid or something on it'. it was a dry teabag that did smell of cleaning fluid. had something been spilt on the tea bags? to top it off we saw a rat in the grounds just as we were leaving-right near the bait trap green box near the entrance. I know rats are in cities but still not nice to see at ten o'clock in the morning where your kids are playing!
