Food quality disappointing. Kept hearing the microwave pinging and fish didn't quite taste too fresh. Noticable that although Hotel was nearly full only 3 tables were used for eating.... speaks for its self.

Proximity to hull centre, the fantastic breakfast, the flowers and trees in the hotel grounds, the cleanliness, the staff, the rooms and the free wi-fi.

We asked for an adapted room for a disabled guest, unfortunately the shower was impossible to use as it was over the bath and had no hand grips at all, however there was a bar beside the toilet.

an oasis in the middle of a city, everything clean and comfortable, food wonderful especially the breakfast, staff very friendly especially our room maid Theresa, would always try and stay in Campanile Hotel in the future.

shower bath not suitable for disabled customers. no hand rails and difficult to get in our out.

Anna the deputy manager - very friendly, helpful and great customer service. Good sized room and very clean.

Could only find 1 plug socket and not near the mirror + bathroom but that's the only minus.

    Close to the town.

Our room was in urgent need of a re-vamp. The bathroom was shabby, the toilet seat loose. Was quite a lot of traffic noise and sirens constantly.

    bed and bathroom was clean

the decor (inside and out) is in URGENT need of attention. the buiding from the outside is NOT at all appealing and had i have not been in desperate need of overnight accomodation i would not have stayed. the whole place was very seedy and shabby looking also all the staff were very scruffy in their appearance

room was nice and clean and very cheap.

the staff in reception were not the most welcoming.was not expecting a fan fair and red carpet but some form of communication would have been nice apart from the 'sign here.are you paying now?here is your key'.the area was shocking.myself and my family went for a wander looking for a supermarket and were shocked at the filth.rubbish everywhere, bars on windows, smashed windows.we actually turned back around to get the car as i felt nervous.luckily we were visiting other places and this hotel was basically just a base.
