Staff were very good
poor condition compared with other Campanile hotels, very noisy
was all good
lack of plug sockets
The staff were helpful, room and bedding were very clean and shower pressure was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by it all as the exterior is not up to much..
Room was very hot and being on ground level I didn't want to open the window
Stayed at hotel on a business trip, found a warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable good value for money.
very friendly would stay again and reccommend
Hotel is a basic one but it's clean and staff are very friendly
Really good value for money and also the staff just left you be i had friends in my room and then went around the town really friendly staff.
The price of the food was quite pricey since your in town center can just pop to a local shop or cafe.
Toilet needs to be repaired and the mattress is really poor
At least the room was warm and nice hot water for showers.
Not that I needed a lot of power points but thought just one was very poor and had to search for that.
Compact and clean. Friendly staff. Adequate facilities and off street parking.
Receptionist was very helpful and reassuring
Cleanliness - sticky bathroom floor, no hand towels Smell - possibly cleaning materials, but very unpleasant Poor lighting No sockets to charge phone or laptop Police on site arresting someone as I arrived, a little off putting!
Friendly staff and comfy bed
only 1 plug in room. Thin walls!
The hotel was pretty basic but had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The price for the hotel is ridiculously cheap.
The booking was made for two people but there was only one towel in the bathroom. Not a major issue and easily resolved but something the hotel can improve on.
lush bed nice and warm and quiet room.staff good plenty hot water in power shower
bed was awesome nice and friendly people plenty of hot water
noise of generator pumping away and noise of traffic all night long, but still enjoyed my stay :) didn't count sheep to get to sleep counted police cars every 2 mins lol.
Bed too soft. No power socket near bed.
the room set up
the snow !!! lol
Anna and Amanda the Managers were very friendly and could not have helped us more
The staff were super helpful and friendly, it's great value for money in s prime location
I couldn't access the free WiFi
Room great value for money.Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location in centre of town.
Bed to soft and a bit lumpy . Breakfast a bit expensive if you want to upgrade to full English.
Wifi was free. Walkable distance into town. Warm room (very cold weather!) Basic, but everything one needs.
Only one electric socket in which to charge mobile, laptop, use TV, use own hair dryer/appliance.
The receptionist was outstanding! She was totally committed to welcoming the guests and looking after them. Hotel was very comfortable, beds nice!
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was very tasty, and my partner (who upgraded to the cooked breakfast) also enjoyed his. The room was good for the price, and more than adequate for a day or twos stay.
Kettle fitting on the wall was broken.
The location of the hotel is great. The shutters outside really aided the noise from the main road - although there were no instructions on how to lower the shutter. The restaurant was very clean and well presented. The cook on duty at the time of my visit was very polite and friendly.
The power sockets really are an issue. There is 1 Socket available for usage, unless you decide to unplug the TV and then you have another plug - but no TV. The hotel manager was upstairs when I arrived in the reception, and the cook told me he will be down in a second - actually I was stood waiting for 8 minutes for him to check me in - even when he did arrive, he offered no apology, no welcome to the hotel, no information on the hotel - and even worse, sent me to a different room. Told me I was in room No.9 and actually I was in room No.16. Overall, I would think twice about coming back, but I guess you get what you pay for. Maybe the Ibis hotel next time.
