Easy access and parking. I felt it was where budget prices met budget facilities. |

I visited the hotel with my young son and found it to be very satisfactory to our needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young man on the reception desk. The room was spotless and very comfortable indeed. |

Cheery, welcoming and very helpful manner of on-duty manager. We had just come from a 3 * hotel and the campanile in-room facilities were superior- more towels, tea and shower cap! This is our 2nd stay-the first being about 5 years ago; my son & his girlfriend also syayed for 1 week 2 months ago. The choice being made on price, location and secure car parking facilities. Thank you. |

Good food convenient location. Satelite tv in lounge area to watch England game. Rooms are scruffy and a bit smelly. Some staining on curtains and furniture which could be improved with a thorough clean. |

The hotel did the job. Basic room but comfortable and clean. Good location for city centre. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. A little TLC is needed, 3 lights from 5 in the room did not work. For a 1 night stay it didnt really matter so we didnt mention it to reception. If we had I am sure it would have been rectified straight away. Despite additional roller shutter for the room it was still rather noisy being so close to a main road. |

Comfort of bed and friendliness of staff Noisiness of traffic throughout the night at busy intersection; main light bulb in room not working; outside flourescent light still flickering all the time as it was on our stay 9 days previously (should be replaced!) |

A "motel"-style hotel, convieniently located within walking distance from the town centre and railway station, etc. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Loved the large working desk in my room. Also practical that althogh all rooms are non-smoking, you just had to step outside for a smoke. If you need a no-frills room to sleep in, and somewhere to store your bags during the day-time, then this is it. The hotel is located next to a rather heavy trafficed road, and the next door neighbour is a Music Pub/Club with a beer garden/smoking area facing the hotel. Both of these generate quite a lot of noise, so if you are a light sleeper, you'd want to bring ear-plugs. |

The location is the best thing about the hotel and the ability to park adjacent to a room Noise and certain aspects were "tired". The rooms need refreshing and I was concerned that the net curtains trailed around the electrical socket for the TV, there is a fire waiting to happen, I meant to report it to the Manager. |

Free parking, tea + biscuits in the room Chalet type accommodation, our room, although clean, was smelly and in need of modernisation. There was a very noisy pub accroos the car park - which is open till 2am on weekends - and even with ear plugs in we couldn't get any proper sleep with all the shouting and music outside. I won't be staying in this hotel again, at £46 I feel it represented poor value for money. |

Convienient to where my business trip was located, the hotel was good value for money Restaurant menu was limited and the continental breakfast that I had was a little expensive at £7.95 the same price as a cooked breakfast.WiFi should be FOC (as it isin McDonalds) |

Receptionist very helpful, rooms are good value for money and good central location. Just to note that it is no frills and fairly basic. We did not eat there so can't comment on the food. |

Hotel layout - proximity to city centre: also friendliness of staff - an the fact that this is a dog friendly hotel chain - no extra charges. Walls a bit thin - could hear folks nearby - but this is an issue with most modern[ish] hotels. |

Convenient city centre hotel with pleasant helpful staff. Reasonably priced for weekend break with friends. Entrance to hotel in area of industrial units not signed and difficult to locate from main road. |
