Location - so close to city centre, touring coastal region and East Riding. Accomodation was more than suitable, staff very helpful, breakfast and menu options were all good. Not applicable.

The welcome was very friendly and helpful, as was the subsequent contact with the staff. The ease of check-in and subsequent friendly approach would certainly encourage me to stay again. The only downside was that the shower head was slightly faulty. Not so that it could not be used.

Room and clean. Been woken up at 3.30 am on a Friday morning by a group in the next room shouting screaming and laughing. Reported this to reception morning manager and almost been called a liar needless to say I refused to pay that nights fee and booked out and spent the remaining of my time in another hotel.

Discovery of ants in the bathroom in the morning although staff were quick to sort and very apologetic. Someone maliciously tripped fire alarm during the early hours of the morning and this took a long while to silence.

The service recieved at reception was exellent. The Hotel reception was lovely but soon as I opened my room door it made me crawl. Very dirty carpet and had a strange smell. I couldn't stay there even if I lost my money I requested a refund, which thay understood and gave me refund to my card which I was told will recieve in next 3 working days. Great staff poor rooms. We went across the road to Travel lodge and got a double room for £3.00 cheaper than The campanile Hotel which was much cleaner and lovely simple rooms.

Hotel was basic, but then I didn't expect a lot for the price. Free WiFi a real bonus though. Only 1 power point in the whole room and the television was plugged into it. Makes charging phone / laptop difficult.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, convenient for City centre, free parking, unpretentious but excellent value for money including a more than adequate breakfast. Ideal for one or two nights/weekend stay. Rooms a bit 'tired'. No electrical socket available to charge laptop, phone or for radio.

Friendly staff, accommodating, clean rooms/toilet, comfortable bed, and free wi-fi. The initial look of the accommodation block was a bit tatty. Very little choice of vegetables and salads on the menu, so I didn't eat there in the evenings.

Being able to park the car early before booking in. Good breakfast cooked when required and not left on a hot plate. The friendly check out lady who managed to be not too happy that Hull had beaten Boro. Good place to spend the night. Will stay again if I am in the area. Nothing to dislike, not a 5* hotel but great value for money.
