Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig gelegen und hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Docks. Frühstücken konnte man nur zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr, für Urlauber zu früh, für Geschäftsreisende in Ordnung. An der Rezeption konnte man uns nur teilweise Auskunft über Ausflugsziele in der näheren Ungebung geben. |

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe ( ca. 8 Gehminuten ) vom Zentrum und vom Albert Dock entfernt. Ein abschliessbarer Raum für das Gepäck wäre wünschenswert. |

The staff were brilliant,probably the friendliest we've met. The breakfast was also very good value.The bar menu seemed reasonable but we ate out on both evenings during our stay. |

Location The hotel is very dated compared with other hotels in Liverpool. It is ideal for a bed for the night but nothing else like a romantic weekend etc. |

Even though i had booked on booking.com there was no room booked when we arrived at the hotel. It would appear that there was extremely poor communication between the booking line & the hotel as we were not the only people who had this problem. (Thank god that they had 2 rooms left, however what if they hadnt????) |

The receptionist was really friendly and very helpful. It was clean and tidy and a reasonable sized room. Apparently the coffee in the room was horrible and the shower flooded onto the floor!! |

We enjoyed our stay (despite our sat night being totally wrecked by the morrissey gig !!) We thought the location of our room overlooking the docks very good. The staff extremely friendly. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, excellent value for money, the room was very clean, the bed was very comforteble, good location (in walking distance from the Echo Arena, the Beatle Museum and the Centrum). The room faced the dock so it was very quiet and good view. I will stay there again. |
