Score from 1174 reviews Very good
Large en-suite room with view across the docks. Clean white towels, lots of hot water, well stocked tea/coffee tray. Free wi-fi, large carpark, 10 minutes walk into center of the city. Friendly helpful reception staff. A wonderful stay in an exciting bustling city.
Beds uncomfortable noisy breakfast poor tv
Location. Other facilities is okay for the value paid -- basic.
Location, near to Albert Dock (Beatles exhibition) and City centre.
Restaurant menu very basic (but well -priced). Noise from other guest arriving/leaving a little intrusive at times.
Breakfast good. Location good
Expensive for two nights on 2 star. Zero sound Insulation, very noisy in corridor in early hours
Good staff made ur welcome ,friendly and helpful
Could do with a better menu during the evening meal only had 4 choices (Mac 'es across the road had better yet their breakfast was good
Location, car parking, price, staff, breakfast
Apparent lack of security for parking and bedroom block
It's in a handy location close to docks & echo arena, maccies/kfc across the road. Good bar and food available and good value. Staff nice to deal with and helpful, room clean and a good size, value for money.
staff very friendly and helpful
bacon a bit undercooked No lift. Not a problem for us,but anyone with disabilities would struggle
Poor choice in restaurant, several things on menu not available.
Very nice basic hotel 10 minute walk to main centre room standard only used for shower and sleep so good value for money. Breakfast ok lots to choose from full English available at a little extra cost. Enjoy are stay in liverpool and would stay there again.
Unsteady/broken lavatory seat, which my husband fixed. Removal of kettle for safety reasons without leaving note of explanation. We only found out about alternative tea/coffee arrangements, when we asked. No real apology. Continuous bathroom fan noise all night. In restaurant, starter came with main course.
Location & food was excellent.
Furniture needed a revamp.. & was lacking a lounge for comfort.
staff,welcome,restaurant-bar excellent service very friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable, room pleasant with lovely view couldn't have asked for better.
bathroom was very tired looking and grouting needed doing urgently! Tiles really looked grubby.
Room great Location handy for walk to shops Free parking Food great Service in restaurant bit iffy otherwise all good
Excellent setting with views over the dock Very central to the city Rooms very clean Plenty of parking facilities Good value for money
If you have a good appetite don't eat here, portions very small but the prices are not Interiors a little bit tired but kept very clean, could do with a refurbishment.
Near to the Echo Arena and restaurants and museums
Food not good quality and the rooms could do with revamping. Hardly any space to store cothes. If you only want somewhere to sleep for a very short break then this is okay.
canal side was preferred. When I asked if available I received a very curt response from a young female Liverpudlian member of your staff. All other staff were very helpful; although the twins in the restaurant were having a bit of a 'domestic'!
Noisy residents in the carpark out side our window at 3 or 4 in the morning. Shower curtain rail ineffective and easily drops off the wall. Tables were not cleaned adequately before our breakfast. I had to ask for them to be cleaned but the staff member didn't really know how to do it properly.
I loved how ecofriendly the rooms were. The location by the harbor and the noise reducing doors were great as well. The full English breakfast was fantastic too. The staff were warm, friendly and quick to look after our every need.
Location, parking facilities
Chair in room was stained and long hairs in the bath on arrival
Ease of access to city Free parking
Noise levels from next door Virtually no staff
Room, view over river, parking
No lift, we were on second floor. More beverages needed in rooms, and glasses.
The staff were really helpful and friendly
Although our room was tidy and comfortable there was a strong smell of damp throughout and the cooked breakfast was terrible! Undercooked greasy bacon, several black hairs and the sausages tasted as though they had some sort of chemical coating, but stick to just the toast and you're good!
Staff very pleasant
