We liked the price and the location,being close to the albert dock museams,and a 10 to 15 min walk to liverpool one shopping centre.Room was lovely and warm with loads of hot water! Will definately stay there again.forgot to mention that the continental breakfast was great(optional full english for £2.50....bargain!)

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunatley the overflow on the bath was broken on the inside therefore flooding the bathroom and hall. It couldnt be fixed for a couple of days. The stale smell suggested that this was not the first time this has happened. Reception did offer to move our room though.

This was our second time staying at campanile great location just off the docks beside eco arena The big guy on the check in desk was so rude when we arrived at one min past 11 and wouldnt accept cash after 11! wasnt even a problem as we had two credit cards was his attitude very ignorant man!!

bedding was clean and towels were clean and ghanged during our stay No lift to upper floors. Very outdated but basically clean. Breakfast i was informed by a grumpy male receptionist was on a first come first served basis but i could not book it. Macdonalds was directly over the road and was nicer and cheaper. Rooms facing dock were far too humid even with the window open and there was no air conditioning. Would not stay there again.

The staff were very welcoming, and although we arrived just after the restaurant was closing, they still took our order. Great service. Food and staff in restaurant also very good. Nice continential breakfast too - simple, but quality food. Like many Campaniles, it does not have a lift. Difficult for heavy bags.

Ive staid in many of the campaniles in france, so wanted to stay in the one in liverpool to see how similar they are. Loved where it is..overlooking a dock..lovely to watch the rowers and the swans Limited winter menu..

The staff at reception were so friendly, welcoming & helpful. The room was warm, the beds comfortable & the shower hot & efficient. It was great to walk to the evening venue we'd booked & so convenient to all the fantastic shops. What a bonus to have a waterside view too. I would definitely stay again & would recommend.

The location was great, room was warm and tidy, staff friendly and the meal excellent. Tv and internet good. Price good value. Will definitely stay here again. The bathroom was a bit tired and the bath small. But otherwise the room was excellent

Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom facilities. Car parking available. Surly man on check in. Other staff were freindly and helpful. Room overheated and overstuffed with furniture. Price high for quality of facilities.

The location was ideal for my purposes, offering a cheap and quick ( bus ) transfer from the airport but an easy walk from the city centre ( and Albert Dock ). The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Location - mcdonalds over the road! Free car parking! Brig bonus. Hotels in city charge Extra £12 a night! Drafty noisy windows as directly on the riverside. Cold in the night boiling in the morning? Could not Change the heating!!! Full of groups very loud music However didn't mind as it was new years eve. Think it's a little over priced for what u getcery budget indeed.

We wanted an hotel close to the city centre and with some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance, which is exactly what we got with the campanile. We would recommend the campanile as an ideal place to stay if your looking for a short leisure break.
