Very easy access to the convention centre, and yet not close enough to bars/restaurants to be bothered by any noise. Free parking a big plus for Liverpool. Why can't these style hotels give fresh milk with tea/coffee-making facilties and be less stingy with the biscuits? I hate UHT milk! Would be good to have microwave access somewhere in hotel so don't have to eat out every night. Basic hotel should facilitate economic travel yet with good clean quiet and safe standards. |

Convenient location near to Albert Dock and within walking distance to shopping at Liverpool One. Wall between bathroom and bedroom was not soundproof; lighting in bathroom was dark. Travel information from for public transport/walking would have been helpful. |

The hotel was very clean, and ticked all the right boxes for a weekend away in Liverpool. Close to the Docks and not to far away from the center, for bars, food and shopping. |

the convenience to city centre. it was just not on a par with similar hotels ive stayed in, at the same cost. i didnt need anything special, but this hotel very basic with very small reception. i did not feel particularly secure here. give me jurys anyday. |

Found the staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Great location close to City Centre and Albert Dock. Breakfast although it costs extra is well worth having. There's a wide choice and you could easily eat enough to sustain you through the day.The Baltic Fleet a real ale pub with it's own micro brewery in Wapping on the other side of the road from the Campanile is also recommended although we didn't get the chance to try their food. We walked everywhere and felt completely safe. The road by the hotel always seems busy but there are plenty of pedestrian crossings and we didnt notice the traffic noise when inside. The free parking was also very much appreciated. Slightly tired decor but acceptable for a hotel in this price range. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant being empty my daughter and I were allowed to watch the start of Strictly Come Dancing! The food was pleasant and the staff attentive. We did not like being awakened at 3.30 a.m. by drunken revellers. The security staff finally quietened everything down by 4.30 a.m. |

I appreciated the view from the window: directly on the water. It was not the Mersey river or the sea, but it was equally very romantic. Great the free web connection in every room! The breakfast is not included and it costs almost £8... too much if you have a frugal breakfast (coffee and a slice of cake). |
