Came for a short break, shopping etc... but unfortunately it was cut short due to illness of child that we left with grand parents....felt needed to return home. Otherwise the room was just what we needed. Ideal location as i dont drive and was ideal to meet up with others as the train station is more a less on door step. Thank you. The room was good and clean though in the bathroom the flooring and skirting boards needed some attention, pieces missing etc.. |

It is very conveniently located if you're driving to Liverpool Airport The faucet in the bathroom sink would come off (the hotel staff said they were waiting for a replacement part) and there was only one electrical socket, into which the television was plugged |

Clean and comfortable, fairly easy to find. The micro sized croissants served for the continental breakfast, although very nice in taste, £8 was far too expensive for such a limited meal. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Handy for middle of Runcorn, easy reach Liverpool or Manchester. Basic no frills hotel with quiet warm room and bathroom. Fine for a short stay. Big minus point for continental guests. Incredibly in 2009, restaurant closed at 2045 on a Saturday night. I checked in at 2015 so it was a rush to get something to eat. Shades of the Americans in Fawlty Towers. Furthermore there is not much in the vicinity if you want to eat a little later. |

There was no hot water in the morning. This is a basic expectation in any hotel and it's incredible that they fail . Don't stay here if you want a shower or bath !!! |

Rooms OK, restaurant OK and adhjacent to hotel. Easy to find as it is adjacent to railway station. The WiFi is over priced and I appear to have been charged twice for it by T Mobile. |

The staff were extremely helpful. It was within walking distance of Runcorn Station. No safety chain on the door, although the reason for this was explained. |

the food was excellent. We had our meal at around 9pm. It was cooked fresh for us and was superb. Better than some 4 star hotels I have been in. The rooms were a bit noisy. You could hear people in all the rooms around us |
