We came for our daughter's wedding in Liverpool. The hotel provided everything we needed for a good night's sleep, a lovely breakfast and easy, fast access into town. The staff were always most helpful. We would certainly book again. Nothing to say on this, except to repeat that, for the prices charged, we were not expecting it to be so good!

We were close to Liverpool Airport, and the centre of Runcorn on foot which was very convenient. The rooms are separate from the Hotel building so in the Winter (when we were there) its very cold getting from the reception/restaurant or car to your room which can be up to 3 flights of stairs in the cold!! However, I will say the rooms were warm.

Close to where I needed to be for work. Stayed 4 days, no room service at all, no new towels, no new coffee or tea. Requested a quite room when booking as I would be sleeping during the day. Could not have been closer to the main road if they tried, second floor right on the corner next road and wagon loading yard??!!!

Nice and clean bathroom, comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, friendly and helpful staff, close to railway station and bus stops, nice pub nearby. Generally value for money. Room needs a bit of refurbishment, steep stairs to upper floors.

No booking ? I had cancelled one of my two rooms but they said Booking .com cancelled both?.From reception you have to go through carpark ,then up a (to first & second floors) an open concrete circular stair case difficult with even with a small suitcase.Outside corridor noisy passing guests.

Price and locality to airport. The Stairs up to the rooms, and the rooms need a bit of a revamp due to mould in the bathrooms. We did have two rooms on different occasions and both were very similar.

good location and carparking facilities Dirty / torn curtains. Building needs maintainence and repainting. Room would be improved with good clean and tidy up / repair lighting fittings which were broken and needed repair /. replacement. Ventilation of the room was poor and the steam / moisture from the shower contributed to the overall musty smell. This accommodation is ok for an overnight stay but just did not feel relaxed and the traffic noise was disturbing.

Pleasant staff that genuinely seemed to be happy to see the customer. Room was serviced and fine but the room could be spruced up a little. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was fine and service was as quick as it could be with the staff cooking a breakfast to order. The bathroom and ceiling in my room needed a "refresh" along with a grubby and stained carpet. I really didn't like to think about the carpet and what was living in it.The sheets were clean and the room had otherwise been made up well. If the carpet was clean I would recommend the hotel to a friend.
