After 11pm there was no supervision and there were gangs of youths, male and female, roaming the hotel shouting, reving car engines and swearing until 4am. |

The member of staff on reception was very friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel looked dated and 'grubby', which may put people off stating! |

The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel. Lovely scenary from the hotel window. Nice tea and coffee facilities in the room. The bathroom facilities were lovely. The bed was too hard for my personal comfort although some people do like firm beds. There was only one power point which was too far away for me to use my hair straighteners in front of the mirror. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good manager who is trying his best with a hotel that needs upgrading. The location is not good, behind an industrial estate so I think this limits the scope of clients available to stay. The staff made me so welcome I was able to live with a rather outdated hotel for a couple of days. Restaurant was pleasant but food seemed to be out of a packet! Nothing seemed fresh and all seemed to be of a cheaper quality. The rooms only had one electric point and are not decorated well. A room upgrade brightening, free internet, and maybe taking out some baths and only having showers of good quality would do wanders for this hotel. |

The ample car parking and the good accessibility to the motorway. There are no lifts and we were several floors up with luggage to carry up. |
