Door on room did not lock Staff did not try to sort this out Room needed updating Everything was well used
Motel type rooms on three floors. Comfortable beds and decent equipment. Although we found ourselves above a boisterous crowd of Geordie guys, we found the place very quiet and slept like logs.
Room in need of refusbishment. Cracked toilet. Bin not emptied from previous occupant. Outside walkways to rooms dirty with cigarette ends and even food waste.
Shower Hair dryer
Noisy neighbours Noisy water system
lots of Cobwebs in room and even more on stairwells
Leafy location, car parking outside room
Grubby rooms, plumbing noise (loud), poor restaurant
Friendly staff. Excellent evening meal in the restaurant although had to wait rather a long time ( the restaurant was almost empty) very comfortable bed. For an overnight stay it was absolutely fine.
The large mirror on the back of the door was badly cracked and broken. Would have been dangerous if children were in the room. Bathroom mirror also had a small crack.
Very dirty and dusty room, poorly maintained facilities, run down accommodation, poor customer service from staff at checking in, generally a poor hotel and room, would never visit again!
Friendly and efficient staff. Clealiness and excellent onsuite accomodation. Certainly would stay there again if in region. Loved it.
There was a noisy party on site. Fortunately away from me. Management would take action to move you if effected . Depending on accommodation.
Cistern banging in the night
Very convenient location either for the city or for a trip to the Yorkshire sculpture park, and very close to major transport links. Friendly and helpful staff
Poor internet signal in our room but that's the only thing we didn't like
Price was good and food ok . Rooms are tired but bed was comfortable for travel on a budget It was ok.
Scruffy room and limited menu.
Cleaner coming in early morning and restaurant not serving food
Clean quiet room
Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and was kept well stocked, wifi good and free
Bed uncomfortable, rather noisy location, bathroom and shower could be cleaner.
Lovely helpful staff. Well done to the team there! Really comfy beds and an absolute bargain of a hotel. Would definitely stay again :)
Can't understand why there seemed to be no sockets to plug anything in (phone) and was a bit hard to find after a long journey..could do with a sign at the top of the turning.
It was quiet in the night
Location it is buried on a industrial estate
Excellent value for overnight stay
Nothing to dislike
We asked for a non -slip shower mat, it was old, useless and inadequate. there was no shower gel in the holder, we had to reach out for the sink soap, there was no remote for the TV, and the Hotel is situated on an industrial estate
Easy to find, good staff excellent for 1 night.
Nothing, its a budget Hotel and so fine
Good location, quiet area, staff very helpful, very clean room, comfy bed, fluffy pillows and easy parking.
not much but helpful staff
Room very cramped Supposed to be disabled access but bath only which was very hard to step in and no separate shower facility The breakfast was disgusting Cold rubbery scrambled egg for my husband My cooked breakfast had uncooked tomatoes the rest dry and bad quality Latte coffee was black with no milk very weak and undrinkable Definitely wont return to this Hotel
Affordable and clean
Towels hidden in random places, springs popping up in my back, they only have 2 poor pillows per room and no spare ones..at all? Unless a room is empty. No spare plug socket. 1 for tv and one for the kettle. Needs updating
It suited us at the time
Not enough tea bags in room and no biscuits, which you had mentioned on room brochure. First night no bath mat in room.
Great stay as we arrived extremly late they arranged to leave a key in a secure place.nothing was a problem
