The Bed toooooooo soft !
The location, the room was quiet
You could feel every spring through the bed, the spare pillow was brown and very dirty
It were quite.the room were clean apart from the bed.
The fact that I had to wipe pubic hairs off my bedsheets before climbng in them.
The bed was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.
Only 1 electrical socket in the room and it was at the window. Didnt like the pathway outside for other guests at the window of the bedroom.
reasonably priced, good staff, friendly, basic but good and clean.
that we only had one towel to share.
The cleanliness of the room
The excellent steaks in the restaurant, coupled with a good French wine.
Getting past the double parked trucks near to the entrance to the industrial estate, where the hotel is located.
Cheap as chips, friendly reception staff, good breakfast
Located on an industrial estate, wifi wasn't wirking and telephone fell apart in my hands.
Room was clean & warm, if spartan. 1 night, last minute booking for brother and I on way to funeral in Pontefract. Central to our needs, very good value and exactly what was required.
Staff were nice and friendly
Restaurant was cold and tired .continental breakfast was minimal
peace and quiet
Close enough to town around £3 in a taxi.
Could do with a refurb, I stopped here around 12 years ago and the place has not had a lack of paint since
Easy access Good location for where we needed to be Good shower Good restaurant and bar Big bed Good TV
One plug socket in whole room Blocked sink Broken hairdryer Unsure as to whether the was vacuumed
Staff were friendly.
The bath room was grubby with yellow grime on shower tiles. Half the light bulbs had blown in our room so quite dark. Mattress and pillows were lumpy and ancient. Only 1 plug socket in room which has the TV connected to it, so struggled to charge mobiles and laptop overnight. The whole place is tired and run down. Location on an industrial estate next to main road is a bit off putting, especially late at night. Will go to a travelodge next time, pay less and get better standard of accommodation.
Room 11 was perfect, warm n clean Pleasant stay... Thank you
Everything was perfect
A couple of rowdy young types towards the end of stay
Closeness to town .easy booking aT short notice.
Hair dryer didnt work.cracked mirror in room .no plugs .only european wall sockets in bathroom.for shaver adaptors .couldn't use own hair dryer .
Well signposted, easy to find, our second stay in the last year.
One bathtowel no handtowels for two people. Seemed as one member of staff was doing everything, so would be churlish to blame him, Really could do with a visit from a secret company member to see for themselves. Did not use wi fi so no review
Cost and reasonable breakfast.
Terrible locality, freezing cold room. Staff unable to print me out a bill when leaving. The accomodation block is like a prison block. Except for the cost I could not recommend for business. If you are a labourer working on nearby sites it may be OK.
Staff really helpful
They could do with better beds i got a backache....
The cost, if you are looking for anything other than basic I don't think this is the place for you
The overall look is rather shabby
Simple, cheap and quiet.
Whole stay was excellent def will book again.
Efficient staff, clean, easy to find location
Bed was very uncomfy, now have back ache, cracked mirror
Showers are excellent room are a fair size. Very good value.
No free wifi, lack of power sockets in the room.
