Clean quiet room
Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and was kept well stocked, wifi good and free
Bed uncomfortable, rather noisy location, bathroom and shower could be cleaner.
Lovely helpful staff. Well done to the team there! Really comfy beds and an absolute bargain of a hotel. Would definitely stay again :)
Can't understand why there seemed to be no sockets to plug anything in (phone) and was a bit hard to find after a long journey..could do with a sign at the top of the turning.
It was quiet in the night
Location it is buried on a industrial estate
Excellent value for overnight stay
Nothing to dislike
We asked for a non -slip shower mat, it was old, useless and inadequate. there was no shower gel in the holder, we had to reach out for the sink soap, there was no remote for the TV, and the Hotel is situated on an industrial estate
Easy to find, good staff excellent for 1 night.
Nothing, its a budget Hotel and so fine
Good location, quiet area, staff very helpful, very clean room, comfy bed, fluffy pillows and easy parking.
not much but helpful staff
Room very cramped Supposed to be disabled access but bath only which was very hard to step in and no separate shower facility The breakfast was disgusting Cold rubbery scrambled egg for my husband My cooked breakfast had uncooked tomatoes the rest dry and bad quality Latte coffee was black with no milk very weak and undrinkable Definitely wont return to this Hotel
Great stay as we arrived extremly late they arranged to leave a key in a secure place.nothing was a problem
Didn't like the fact there was no coffee tea or anything else to make a.drink in.the room none of it had been replenished after being used .
it was sub-standard for us. we went to Holliday inn Leeds, and payed off course 65 in staid of 40, but incomparably better. Sorry for that. Bye Francis
staff were brilliant and very helpful. Breakfast good too. looked run down but all good in room - shower very powerfull
looked a bit run down from outside
Breakfast... Well if you upgrade to the full English
The lumpy mattresses and pillows. Seriously, I felt like I was sleeping on a pebble beach!
Erm... The door walking in was probably the only thing I liked !!!
For £35.10 a night I dnt quite understand why I had to pay an extra £20 by card as I chose to pay cash !! Inconvenient if I may say so!!! Room was terrible - one wall electricity socket I mean c'mon?! I had my laptop, phone to plug in so ninjas to scrap the TV (I brought my extension lead by chance!!!) Bathroom tiles were mucky and grimey Not very happy paying £55 for a basic room One very unsatisfied customer Next time I will sleep in my car
it was in a very quite location
the most important thing is a comfortable bed, it was not mattress well past its prime
Friendliness of staff and cleanliness
Price of breakfast
Bedroom, bed and bathroom were very clean
No electric power sockets. Very run-down location. In the early hours of the morning, some youths banged on the door of our friend's room and attempted to break in. She had to call the police who came but this meant we had no further sleep.
Rooms small even though it was a double ! Noisy with Hen Party's Room stank of urine from en-suite toilet Bed uncomfortable
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and everything worked. Very good value for money.
Industrial estate location well masked by sympathetic landscaping.
Reception and restaurant were nice and modern but entering into an industrial estate wasn't nice Chalet room was damp but seemed clean TV and kettle available but went into town as didn't want to stay in the room felt a bit grubby with the damp smell Breakfast was extra but was very good for the price and friendly chef with good menu options
Damp room smelled of wet tweed/dog
Roomz were clean
But communal areas like corridors and stairs were really not convincing first impressions counts as you walk through the stairs and corridors you will think twice
We got there late at night and set off early morning. Room basic and could do with face lift but you get what you pay for and it served it's purpose. Very reasonable price and cracking breakfast.
Room needed decorating/painting, it looked worn out.
Located just off m6 motorway
It's a bit dated but value for money
There was nothing to like.
We paid £45 room only to stay in the most unloved, neglected hotel in the middle of an industrial estate. We are adaptable, experienced travellers who can cope with most environments with a sense of humour, but the rotting balcony, corridor strewn with chips and the loudest, most offensive clientele that had me ready to pack up and leave at 4am (there are no staff on duty from 11pm so it's everyone for themselves) tested even our laid back approach to budget travel. We won't be back, nor will we touch a Campanile with a barge pole. Couldn't imagine any self-respecting European spending 5 minutes in this depressing and overpriced hole.
