A very easy ambience, created by the owners which affects the interaction of all.Guests feel comfortable with each other and are friendly. My room, because it was a fire exit, had linited window availability. in the very warm weather I should have liked to be able to open more windows. The fire door otside my room on 3rd.floor was rather noisy and because it opened towards the stairs it was difficult to negotiate. |

I enjoyed the comfort of the cleanliness of the hotel, the minor "attention to detail" was of the highest standard. |

The warm welcome from staff and the comfort of the room and lounge and dining rooms, along with the sea view; a winning combination. |

The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely steps up to the hotel made it a bit difficult for the pram, but this was brought to our attention at the booking stage as this is a listed building. |

Very charmingly run hotel, very relaxing atmosphere. I booked a couple of rooms, however all had great views apart from the family room, my son, prefered to be in his grandparents room so that he could look out of the window. |
