very clean apartments
apartments bit tired lick of paint a new shower bit dated
Ideal location in Edinburgh and great value for money apartment. Great cafés near by and everything you need for a weekend away at the garage across the road!!
The apartments are located not far from the city centre in quiet area.
Perfect place to stay on a visit to Edinburgh.
Staff is friendly and apartment is spacious especially the bathroom.
location is a little bit far from center, but bus stop is just outside the entrance of building.
Straight up one road to city center
Staff were un-helpful and a bit rude. Check in times are half way through the day ( 14:30 ), so if you are up to do somthing. You will have to stop and return to the hotel to check in, like us ( got to Edinburgh for 9 had to go back to the hotel half way through the day to check in )
The location, the facilities, polite and helpful staff.
Internet Wifi connection VERY POOR
Ease of parking, superstore almost on the doorstep, clean accommodation with helpful staff. Quite a good sized apartment with plenty storage.
Kitchen was very poorly equipped with regard to cooking utensils and crockery - no teapot and only 3 pans, one of which was so buckled it was useless. We expected at least a few more ovenproof dishes when the apartment sleeps 4.
Friendly, helpful staff Feeling of privacy Location
We were given only one key for our room with 3 people
Friendly staff comfy bed bright clean apartment location and proximity to Tesco supermarket option of late check out
extremely expensive because the fringe festival was on. tho most places had put up their prices
The location is perfect. It is clean and quite place. Good value for money
Spacious room with cooking facilities. A/H access was faultless.
Location of parking was problematic but eventually found and was a bit pricey.
Everything was perfect! Loved it!
Receptionist was very rude and extremely unhelpful on check in, I did meet another nice member of staff on checkout but first impression was terrible
The Hotel was very good and up to standard and parking was a good option for us. My family with grown up children came up to watch our Youngest son who was performing in Bottleneck Show at the Fringe Festival and we were all happy with the hotel apartment. Hopefully we will come back again in the near future.
The only thing we have observed not that we disliked is the Floor on the 2nd Floor Room # 27 was creaking when we walked on it. We were just conscious we have disturbed residents on the first Floor below us.But, no one made the complaint so far.
Good size rooms
Hot water was a bit temperamental
the wi-fi always fix in the morning .in contrast, after mid night people or in other word user can not contect in interneat . I guess that to let people sleep early
The cleaners sometime do not knock the door before they enter and history building so nighborn can hear everything very well
All the home comforts
Location and busses Car parking
Noise from hen parties, workers refurbishing the rooms and smokers just outside the front door
Easy to walk to the centre. Good parking.
The very uncomfortable sofa!
The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. It's within walking distance of Waverley Station (a longer walk but very do-able) and close to the Water of Leith walkway. Close to a big grocery store, too. We only stayed there one night before visiting friends outside of Edinburgh but I would definitely recommend it as a good place to stay for families.
For some reason the clerk who checked us in and out was extremely unfriendly and acted as if we were bothering her. Not sure why. Even the kids recognized that her behaviour was unusual for a reception person.
Well situated for where we wanted to be. Parking was extra but a bonus to have the facility.
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and even when we came back we had to wait for it to be finished. Not a big a deal but just a nuisance.
patience and good treatment of Miss reception brown hair. I'm sorry but I do not know his name.
I did not like the treatment received by a blonde lady receiving. she had no patience with my English and not empathize personal situation nothing was happening. My trip was not for pleasure, a family grave was in the hospital.
