The location was pretty good not to far away from the city centre The floorboards creaked like mad wherever you were in the apartment and easily seen they were definately of a very cheap contruction. And the apartment was not very clean at all, no soap in the bathroom. |

Everything was clean and new and the place was in very good condition. It was well equipped and to a high standard. Big Tesco round the corner for self-catering supplies. The internet was a little slow, but usable, and it was a good long walk into the centre of town, albeit that it was on a good bus route if you wanted to be lazy. |

Local restaurants were of good standard and nearby quality public transport offered a reliable means of travel to launch a shopping expidition Sadly the television was broken the first night but thankfully it was quickly fixed without delay (it really was that fast) |

Easy access to the centre of town (walking or bus).Supermarket just round the corner. Wifi inclusive. Off street parking. Spacious bedrooms. Very hard beds. Strange use of living room space, tv cable too short so that tv could be watched from only one seat. Very basic supply of kitchen implements. |

It was a real home from home, with own fully fitted kitchen & comfortable lounge (with dining table & chairs). We could come & go as we wished, which was ideal as we have travelled to Edinburgh for the Festival resulting in us coming back to the apartment in the early hours and still being able to prepare something to eat and relax in front of the tv, or sit at the dining table. Perfect! Plus it was only 15-30 minute walk to most of the Festival venues. The only fault we could find was that the bed was not very comforable. We had spent the previous night at a Travellodge which had the most comfortable firm bed, but unfortunately the Canon Court bed seemed old & lumpy. Another very minor point, was that the lounge would have benefited from a wall clock. It is also worth noting that the walk into town is uphill, but then this is Edinburgh.... full of hills! |

Great for a family stay. Handy having onsite car parking. The bus to city centre was from right out the front. |

Apartments well equiped, comfortable and clean. Ideal for family. A Tesco supermarket around the corner and a 24hs Esso shop just in front. Car parking available at no extra charge. Staff kind and helpful. Not so far from town centre (bus stop within a few steps). Quiet area. Nothing. Just perfect for our stay. We will definitely choose it again. |

Free parking, easy access to centre via bus, being able to self cater. Spacious apartment with everything you might need. Tesco store 3mins walk. a couple of bars and restaurants nearbye. Petrol station opposite. Reception was window in wall. The carpets and some furniture were beginning to show there age. I would class it as 3*** accomodation. This is not a hotel rather a large apartment building and if you come with moderate expectations then very adequate. |

Specious and clean apartment. Co-operative staff - gave complete information about city, tourism and facilities. The owners must do something about carpet smell. |

Car parking; but entry is not signposted so it was difficult to find the car park entrance. Proximity to city, with good all round amenity for a family, but not 4 star as advertised. The internet was down the whole time I was there which was one of the main reasons for booking; however 20 pound reimbursement went a long way to compensate. |

I found the hotel to be extremely good value for money and extremely clean. The staff were really helpful. The smell of people cooking would seep out in to the corridors. The beds were very uncomfortable. |
