pay movies on TV are accessible by entering room number. My small daughter could read enough to enter the number. Stronger control needed. |

Nothing much about the hotel. Very poor service for food order, they could not cope with our party of 11 people, plus another group who had booked for 30 people. Food was ordered by 20:00 hours and delivered in stages from 21:20 hours. Had to reorder as they did not have enough raw material. |

Typical american style hotel. I decided to stay this hotel, because booking.com remained smoking choice box. However this hotel was all non-smoking hotel. It was lucky for us that we did not notice that maybe nest of ants is in the wall. We found so many small ants in our room just before leaving; otherwise we could not sleep! |

The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is located outside of the city of Canterbury so can be quite pricey to get cabs to and fro. As it is on a motorway getting a cab back can be tricky as you need to cross the road. |

Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast freshly prepared. Poor selection of evening food, many items on the menu were not available and what was available was basic and expensive. |

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good clean room with unfussy facilities. Value for money. Very odd road access and exit! To access after visiting Cnaterbury involved a rather tortuous > 1 mile route! Otherwise fine! |

very nice room and decoration layout was very good and very good size room for family to stay in. We were disapointed with the breakfast did expect to have some hot dishes ie: egg, bacon sausage etc and would be willing to pay more for this, although what you gave for the price was good. |

The hotel was quiet despite being next to a busy road. We had three adults staying and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with large lumps and gaps. My husband had to sleep with his head at the foot end to stop falling through the gap. |

Very conveniently situated on a main route into the city. Also to the motorway network for ferry ports. Bar and food available within the hotel. |

While there were no double rooms left, it all worked out for the best. I was allocated an accessibility room and my son and his wife were allocated the adjoining room with interconnecting door. That worked out well. |
