Nothing much about the hotel.

Very poor service for food order, they could not cope with our party of 11 people, plus another group who had booked for 30 people. Food was ordered by 20:00 hours and delivered in stages from 21:20 hours. Had to reorder as they did not have enough raw material.

The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It is located outside of the city of Canterbury so can be quite pricey to get cabs to and fro. As it is on a motorway getting a cab back can be tricky as you need to cross the road.

Very odd road access and exit! To access after visiting Cnaterbury involved a rather tortuous > 1 mile route! Otherwise fine!

sink was a bit slow to drain; some noise from other guests (not too bad though)

Very conveniently situated on a main route into the city. Also to the motorway network for ferry ports. Bar and food available within the hotel.

While there were no double rooms left, it all worked out for the best. I was allocated an accessibility room and my son and his wife were allocated the adjoining room with interconnecting door. That worked out well.
