Friendly staff. Clean and tidy room. Clean towels and plentiful supply of soap/shampoo etc. Tasty and plentiful breakfast that was served promptly and with a smile. Bed quite hard so didn't sleep well. Also, Hotel is located on a busy road and so was quite noisy - again this affected our night's sleep. Shower was not very powerful at all and so it actually took me a long time to even wet my hair.

A very comfortable, extremely friendly family run guest house in which to stay.Cannot be faulted in any way whatsoever - the proprietors go out of their way to ensure guests enjoy their time in Torquay and surrounding areas. Lovely room, excellent facilities including wide choice of breakfast and an ideal location within walking distance of the seafront and Paignton.

Warm, clean and comfy guest house run by a very friendly couple with 2 lovely dogs! Positioned midway between Torquay and Paignton, close to sea front though my room did not have sea view. Good sized room, good choice for breakfast. I was given a lift to the station on leaving. Shower needs replacing in Room 8, just a trickle and hard to operate. Bed was very hard, though this is a matter of personal preference.
