Although property was in the hosts back garden it was very private, you had your own entrance, the hosts were very welcoming and were there if needed, not an awful lot of places to eat nearby, restaurants in hotels quite expensive, local food shops nearby, athough we had a car, buses were easier to use into bognor and Chichester. Accommodation immaculate and sitting area for two outside. Shower and bed wonderful. Host was welcoming. Most facilities inside that you need. Cannot fault our stay would certainly return if heading that way again .

Property was clean and comfortable, nice hosts made us feel welcome -good location to local amenities - 10 min walk to 4 pubs-2 takeaways- 2 mini supermarkets- Pagham beach 10min drive - (not for swimming) Enjoyed Selsey area pub - good crab sandwiches.
