We had a balcony. The staff were lovely. The location was beautiful. I didn't like the blankets would have much preferred a duvet. Also pillows were very soggy! I think because they were feather. |

Amazing views, beautiful beach, only 25mins walk to buzy St Ives or 20mins to huge and blissfully people free beach the other side of the hotel. Only stayed one night and didn't see any other young couples, maybe this added to the relaxed atmosphere - we weren't there to get drunk. Wished the car park surface was smoother - walking back from the beach in bare feet wasn't nice - although you can enter the hotel through the main conservatory if you're not dripping wet and sandy. Barman seemed to frown every time we ordered a pot of tea, however when it did arrive (always with complimentary chocs or biscuits) it was very nice. |

Very friendly staff. Superb location on beach. Great restaurant food and drink. Bar and restaurant service could have been a little better as different staff would ask same question and it could be slow although I must add the quality of the products were excellent. |

Excellent location, nice beach wonderful outlook. Woken by security alarm at 2.30am on one occasion - restaurant a bit pricey to be described as good value for money. |
