This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with all the facilities you could ask for. Typical over the top bar prices, £3,00 for a coffee is always a bit rich.

We enjoyedour stay with our grandchildren, only two nights b>b> but we all enjoyed being there , the rooms , facilities , children play areas were excellent . Your staff were most helpful and the whole package suited our requirements. Thank you . Only a small thing !! Breakfast . On both mornings we had to wait about 15 mins. With our breakfast in front of us , hot but going cold , before our pot of tea was served . Our grandchildren ordered hot chocolate , both mornings , but after repeated requests , we gave up , it never arrived . We obviously survived , however it does seem to be an "item " that needs addressing . ( Heard a few others having the same problem )

The food was excellent and the reception an bar staff very helpful I was dissapointed not to be staying in the main builing as I requested. The breakfast was spoilt by the amount of dirty used breakfast dishes that were not cleared away. I felt that there was enough staff, however they were not engaged in the right activities.

We return on a regular basis the staff always make the effort and it is always clean, tidy and furnished to a high standard. The spa offers a good chioce although can be on the expensive side.

Lovely location, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice pool, good bar. We didn't enjoy it as much this time as we were put in room 207 which was basically a thoroughfare for everyone on the 2nd floor and it was incredibly noisy outside our room for most of the time.

The Hotel was very modern and good style. The Staff were excellent especially in the dining room I was disappointed at the final bill. They had charged me for 2 evening meals and a bottle of wine which we never had. Having said that it was corrected but don't see how it was ever put ont he bill in the first place

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Have stayed in this hotel many times and always find everything to a high standard. Nice quiet location (no traffic noise). Breakfast is lovely with a very varied choice. Staff on reception not very welcoming

On booking in, there were no tables available at the restraunt nor the Bistro until after 9.00pm which was late to have a meal. We ordered a meal to be delivered to our room. When it arrived the food was cold and we telephoned reception. After another wait the food was taken away and another meal delivered, this too was not pipping hot.
