Very close to all public transport routes, shops, etc. Staff very helpful and good breakfast. Rooms in need of makeover and the stairs is a killer! But nevertheless, good value for money! |

Room was always exceptionally clean, albeit small. The bathroom was small, but always clean. The shower head seemed to be loose and would not stay up, so I had to hold it in order to shower or the water would spray outside of the shower stall. However, I did not alert the front desk staff, who may have been able to solve the problem. The shower head still worked and was able to do the job, so I just let it go. Other than that, good location, clean room, friendly staff. Overall small room and bathroom |

Very well located and yet quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and atencious. It had a very cosy environment. The rooms were small, however bigger than the pictures shown on the website, so we were allready expecting it. |

Nothing. We were located on the top floor (room 60 & 62) I was not told before that when I booked these rooms. My wife is 67 & suffers from angina. The last one flight of stairs leading to the 4th floor did not have a hand rail which I am sure would not meet Health & Safety requirements. I do not believe we would have been able to escape from our room had there been a fire on the lower floor. Again I do not believe this would have met Fire Regulations. The decor was very poor & needs cleaning / painting. |

The location was ideal, and the neighborhood was a lot of fun to be in the center of. And the price was very good for the area. The rooms are very small, but I expected that. I think other guests with different expectations might object. |

Although the room was small and shower room tiny, the room was comfortable and quiet. Tea and coffee facilities very welcome especially after carting our heavy bags up three flights of (narrow!) stairs. Figured the excercise did us good! Super breakfast, cooked to order and a great location for getting anywhere. Would definitely stay again. |

It is really close to the city center, has restaurants around, 2 minutes from Hyde Park. This hotel shouldn't have 3 stars at all - no elevator, old carpets, very small room (less than 8sq meters), no AC... I was really disappointed. The only reason why I've chosen it because it had brekfast included, but it was very poor. If we discount the breakfast factor, the 4 start best western hotel of the area would have cost a bit less, and surely would be better! |

The location was great, near Paddington underground and railway stations. The room was nice but needed some refurbishments. Breakfast was good. The price was ok considering the location. The bathroom was very tiny (I could not imagine these dimentions for a hotel bathroom). The lavatory was only 15 cm wide. When washing the face all the water was running on the shoes. The window led to an internal ventilation court of 1 sm. The room was on lower groundfloor and got practically no ventilation. There is no lift and the stairs were really narrow. I would think twice before recommending it, but I would mention this hotel as an accommodation possibility. |

I appreciated the hotel staff(females) for their kindness and willing to help. Wireless internet was not available for room 38. Bathroom are too tiny to take a shower. It was a hard work to carry heavy luggages to 4 and 5 floor. |

central location just round the corner from underground. Quiet room, no noise from outside. no lift, long steep staircases covered in dangerously slippery carpet. Minute shower/toilet/basin cabin. Water only dribbled out of shower tap. |
