god beliggenhet, hyggelig hotell

trangt på rommet, ikke trykk på vannet i dusjen.

Nærme til tog,buss og undergrunn. Ulike spisesteder med alle prisklasser i nærheten. Fantastisk frokost som hele familien vår elsket. Fin spasertur til Hyde Park og Oxford street. Ungene(11 og 13 år) likte å sove i nærheten av oss voksne.

Badet bør oppdateres. Varmt og kaldt vann i samme kran, farlig for små barn! Gjerne flere muligheter til å sette fra seg kofferter etc uten å måtte snuble i dem. Gikk ikke ordentlig å lukke døra til bakgården, måtte puffe fra vinduet.

Small room (single).

Good, consistent english breakfast; clean, quiet and very good position for those who want to visit London. It is very close to Paddington underground and train station. There are affordable shops and restaurants in the area.

The spaciousness: very small room, it is not enough space to place a closet and in the bathroom you have the sensation that you are on the submarine or in the plane. When you take a shower you need to go out the bathroom to wipe your body. There is no refrigerator and no air conditioned in the room.

The location is awesome

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room (a single) was small but sufficient for my needs.

It was convenient to the tube and train. The square in front gave it a friendly feeling; less traffic. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The food was good--and plenty of it. The bathroom was clean. I liked the convenience of the extra toilet in the hall. Even though we checked out at 10:30 a.m. we were able to leave our luggage until later.

The bed was very uncomfortable--sagged in the middle. The carpet needed a power vacuuming.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, hotel clean and location fantastic for a short trip to london when time is scarce.

We asked for a second key and despite a promise on the first day that we would get it within half hour, we didnt get it for 3 days! Our only room key wasvery difficult to use and kept getting stuck in the locks.

Very Central to everything, come and go with ease, good breakfast service

toliet was too small

The proximity to Paddington Station is brilliant & access to bus, train, Hyde Park is the best. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful.

No Lift - miles of stairs with heavy bags or at the end of a busy day is painful. Like all cheaper hotels in London, the rooms are microscopic & bathrooms even smaller.

Hotel location is very good. Near metro station and buses.

Room is clean but bedclothes are not clean.
