Very clean and comfortable..would stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Public areas need money spending on them. Dining experience not brilliant ; although food and service both fine.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean and it was very quiet. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. We would book the same hotel again.

We were not very impressed by feeling pressured at breakfast on Christmas morning. No doubt the staff were going to be busy with preparations for a Christmas lunch but we were down in good time for breakfast. Plates were whisked away almost before we had finished eating and there was a slight feeling that we were a bit of a nuisance wanting breakfast at all. The following day, with different staff, it was all far more pleasant and relaxed.

The staff were great and dealt with queries efficiently. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was newly fitted out

The pillows were really uncomfortable and there was no heating in the bathroom so it was freezing.

Check in was quick and the receptionist went out of his way to help us. The bathroom in our room was very nice

My daughter slept on the sofa bed in our room and found it very uncomfortable- quote "Like trying to sleep on speed ramps". The amont of room that the sofa bed too up surely you could have put in a proper bed!! I do not think we will be returning.

Price and room was alot better than i was expecting, very good that i can cancel upto 4 pm on day of stay and not have to pay.ecerything was great except it was further out of town than i expected

Location,but this was only a minor downside,taxi to centre was a tenner each way.overall pleasantly surprized and woyld definetly book again

The only Hotel in Cardiff that had rooms available.

Went to the rugby, have stayed here before. A short taxi or bus ride into Cardiff City Centre.

good breakfast

The hotel was good only complaint bed was to hard and only 2 pillows more were provided when requested. Public area a bit sparse.

The location of the hotel close to the m4 was excellent for me. The staff were very friendly I used room service and my meal was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the rainfall shower was wonderful. Car parking was excellent. I would definitley stay at your hotel again and indeed any other Park Inn Hotel.

Very impressed with the cleanliness overall. Good size room & bathroom with modern bright decorating...thought the price was good for the quality of the room.

The room was great for a family and did not feel awkward having my daughter with us at all. Great location fro being able to go into Cardiff without having to stay in the centre with constant noice. Food was good and the staff were both helpfull and friendly. Would recomend and stay again.
