The room was a good size and the bed and bedding were comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep, as the curtains blocked out the light. The bathroom was very clean and included a spacious shower cubicle. The Reception staff were also very polite and helpful. I would have liked to have another pillow provided in the room, as there was only one on each bed, but it's not essential. |

The bedroom was modern, clean and well appointed. The Hotel was conveniently situated on route to desired location. Room extremely cold all night due to very poor and overly complicated heating system which, when it finally decided to blow luke warm air on a freezing night was totally inadequate and overshadowed what would have been a nice stay. A pre-heated room please! |

lovely room, pool & sauna. helpful friendly efficient staff. I felt comfortable staying there as a woman travelling alone. steam room & jacuzzi not operating any of the 4 days I was there - local residents who were members of the hotel gym/pool said this was a long term issue. no lockers (except 1?) in women's changing room useable - locks broken in all lockers. so maintenance needed in pool/spa. but rest of hotel spotlessly clean, room quiet, would stay again & recommend. receptionist unable to provide form or sign me up to Park Inn card - would certainly use this chain again. |

i was not happy with the hotel at all. the staff were rude. didnt talk to us. if felt like we were staying in a travelodge that cost to much. the spa was so small. and the jacuzzi didnt work and the pool was really small. we got woken up at 3am with gests arguing outside our door. we will not be staying there again!! the jacuzzi didnt work. the pool was tiny. the staff were rude completly egnored us, (didnt even ask us if everything was ok when we were leaving). breakfast was cold. |

Clean, spacious, swimming poor, steam and sauna; I lost my purchase of hair conditioner in the room I stayed, I am still waiting for your answer to it. The shampoo and body washing liquid supplied is unusable, no cap supply which is essential when you don't like wash hair everyday. , |

Helpful staff, large room and great bathroom. The pillows were awful. In our twin room we had two pillows, one of which was very thin and the other was so thick it hurt my neck to use it. Don't let this put you off an otherwise very good hotel, just test out the pillows early so that you can request new ones if necessary! |

Friendly staff, easy check inn, warm comfortable rooms with all mod cons. Stafff friendly and helpful, nice bar, excellent food and comfortable lounge area to relax with wide screen tv which had all the major sporting events on. The lounge was permanently cold because the front door don't keep the heat in. Non stop stream of smokers going outside keeping the door open means that everyone in the lounge was freezing while tying to have their drinks. Need to re-think the main door system so that it doesn't let cold air in. |
