The hotel staff, cleanliness and hospitality extended by the hotel staff. The rooms could have the cupboards in there. That was the only missing thing.

Staff were friendly and were willing to assist whenever needed. Room was fine although cold when we arrived. The special requests in the booking need to be acted upon. There were a lot of parties of "young people" just wandering around the hotel and hanging out in the corridors, sometimes drinking. Not really what you want to see when you arrive.

The room was comfortabe and clean. Staff was quite nice. I didnt like the price for breakfast, my toast was cold. Didnt get a choice of brown or white toast. Also, the cereals that we requested werent even available. I am totally disgusted with the price of £22.50 for something so disappointing!! I want my money back for the hotel and breakfast. Its totally terrible.

Good location, and large car parks. 1, The Hotel provides free wifi, but it is more than slow. I can't open a single wet page. 2, The breakfast is fine, but the quality of sausages is not so good.

Staff polite and just a nice place to stay Being on the 3rd floor you get the continuous noise of the air conditioning. If I stayed agian would request a 2nd floor room.

The overall quality is good and prices, including those in the restaurant, are reasonable. The rooms are well fitted and the provision of a writing desk with good lighting is especially appreciated by professional people like me. The ease with which one can park is a big plus too.

Large, pretty basic but comfortable room with all that was necessary for a relatively inexpensive stay. Very nice bathroom.... but.... ... the bathroom was totally unheated, not even a heated towel rail, and when it is below freezing outside this doesn't make for the greatest comfort.
