Having a safe in our room was a real bonus.

The double glazing in our room had failed so the view was partly blurred.

Very comfortable modern rooms and bathrooms. Clean and spacious

Soundproofing of rooms not great we were disturbed a few times in the night with people just talking not being excessively noisy.

Clean, nice comfy room.

The shower enclosure could have curtains (or may be my room did not have one) to avoid water spillage on floor. Brakfast had lots of choice but taste was not good. Bit away from citycentre (£ 6 to £ 8 in taxi).

Friendly helpfull staff, room spacious and clean, even though a couple of coaches in at time of my visit plenty of staff on, well organised and no waiting for anything. Would certainly use again.

We made the booking via Stephanie (Stefanie) on the phone and were very happy with her friendly way of helping us. Dan, a young man at the desk was really helpful, a real gem!! Nothing was too much. He was very polite, very professional in any way! He made us feel at home! Size and state of room. Friendliness of the lobby staff.

We found a bra in our room.....next to the window, between the seats. The unprofessional, untidy way the personnel of the breakfast room where cleaning the tables, servicing the buffet. Taking the fresh cups on the upper side (where you drink) with hands that were still holding the cloth they were cleaning the tables with. Spraying the cleaning product on the tables when there were fresh cups, napkins and cutlery on...! Wiping all the crumbs on the carpet... Not the slightest notion of hygiene, the two woman were worst. We found 2 knifes, one fork and two spoons that were used(!) on the dressed table. The spoons were licked of from yogurt and maybe could have given them the impression they were clean.....not if you looked at them for a second!! The slamming room doors....from early morning on, were very disturbing.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the University Hospital so that I could visit my baby Grandson and daughter easily. All the staff, including reception, waiting staff and housekeeping were friendly and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Modern room, good night staff.

Expensive dinner menu, breakfast experience poor. Dirty cups cutlery and glasses, rushed service and flustered staff on the Saturday morning although it was not particularly busy.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. Had to wait 10 minyutes for hot water to make tea, with a hangover that is not good

Had an evening meal and it was terrible. To be fair they took it off the bill at checkout.

The breakfast was great. Room very comfortable. Bathroom lovely - great shower. Neat little toiletries. Overall really good and great price.

Food & bathroom.

Not enough of a seating/bar area, one lift for to many floors/rooms, building decor looks worn in places, presentation of some of the staff.

The whole lot. Had a great sleep and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Plenty of parking & although it says pay & display it is free for guests. Great breakfast & clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. A few miles from Cardiff city centre but good location to head East on the m4.

We had 2 3ft beds pushed together and my boyfriend ended up in a hammock between the two!

Location, good breakfast choice and made porridge without sugar and salt when requested. Staff were friendly and interested. Loved the bathroom as it was spacious.

Only one comfortable chair in the room and a dining chair.
