Convenient parking, comfortable room, good facilities, excellent, unpretentious breakfast arrangements.

The whole atmosphere is the hotel was lovely. Food in the restaurant was supertb. Rooms were spotless and very well furnished.

Staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The rooms were recently refurbished and have a modern design (so do the bathrooms). Wi-fi Internet is free of charge what is rather rare in high class hotel.

I was charged a slightly higher rate for my stay than I expected, but when I showed them my booking conifrmation, I received a return.

Great hotel right in the centre of things in Cardiff, rooms and general decor of the hotel top class, the service was also very good. All in all a great package, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom lighting inadequate.

The atmospher was relaxed and pleasant and staff were extremely helpfull. I liked the comfort and decor of the lounge and my room. On the occasion of my son's wedding my stay at the Park Plaza will be part of that very special memory.

Lovely decor and superb facilities in the hotel. The gym had better equipment than my regular gym. The stainless steel pool was lovely even though the water was very cool however the jacuzzi was the warmest I've ever been in. The pool area had plenty of beds and was warm enough to relax in out of the pool. The changing areas had lovely power showers complete with shampoos and gels.

A little noise from the bars on the lively street outside but the central location made up for this minor inconvenience.Try to get a room on a higher floor if you are a light sleeper.
