Please note that the Leisure Club is having a refurbishment and will be closed from the 8th December until the 22nd December.
Restaurant opening times:
Breakfast is served from 07:00 – 10:00 Monday – Friday and from 07:30 – 10:30 on weekends.
Lunch is served from 12:00 – 14:30 Monday – Saturday and from 12:00 – 21:00 on Sunday.
Dinner is served from 17:30 – 22:30 Monday - Saturday
If you would like a snack or a more informal setting, you can head to the bar. The bar is open from 11:00 til late Monday - Saturday and from 12:00 til late on Sundays. Food is available in the bar Monday - Saturday from 11:00 – 23:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 – 22:00.
Private dining can be arranged on request.
24-hour room service is available on request.

Just relaxed through the day, went out for a meal in the night. Found the Hotel and the Laguna lounge very relaxing, all the staff were polite and efficient, the rooms very quiet and comfortable |

Room, facilities, cleanliness and location. For the amount i paid, it reflected the quality i expected. I enjoyed the competitve rates for the spa facilities and the range of treatments they had to offer. As i was only staying of one night and on my own the rate wasn't an issue, however if i chose to stay for more than one night, then the rate would become an issue and i would explore other options. May be they could provide discounted rates for weekend visits or mid week breaks. I have used other hotels in area, who have similar facilties and rooms, however are slightly cheaper. |

Good hotel, attentive approachable sfaff. Room comfortable and clean with all the usual frills. Spa & ool on site and city centre location. 5mins walk to town centre and 10mins to Millenium stadium. Due to city centre location there is a bar opposite the hotel which can be heard at night on the lower floors but didn't affect me on the 4th floor |

We were attending a concert at the CIA in Cardiff. This was not the nearest hotel to the venue but we wanted some luxury. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. We used the pool area which was lovely although unfortunately the jacuzzi was not in use. The changing area was a bit cold and there was only one private changing room. |

The reception staff were good and the initial impact is good, the room was quite comfortable but it went downhill from there. I went to dinner in the restaurant and it was almost pitch black in thyere with small t-lights burning and low level lighting. May be goo for couples but for business people who may want to read or work it was useless. I ate elsewhere.At breakfast the service was shocking. The cook had to call service at least twice for every plate before the five staff took any notice (note there were only 4/5 guests having breakfast at that time. I nearly collected my own breakfast myself |

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the jacuzzi and steam room were lovely and the pool great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is well located for shopping and sight seeing. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was not great but presented well. Dinner was not good the duck was hard to slice up and the pudding meringue was rock hard! The hotel lacked a relaxation feel. The pool was great but difficult to get out of, the steps seemed awkward. |

I really enjoyed my stay at the park plaza hotel as my room was very comfortable. The bathroom in my room was great with an amaing shower.The room and also the whole hotel was very modern and furbished to a high standard.I also thought that the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.I would reccomend this hotel to anyone as it is very central and it is close to many great restaurants. |

Location is perfect for exploring the City and the price paid for the room was VERY reasonable I suspect it could be a little noisey on the lower floors but as we were on the top floor we weren't at all aware of the noise outside from bars, clubs etc. |

The staff at the hotel were incredible and went out of their way to accommodate us with a couple of requests we had. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the location in Cardiff is terrific, especially if you want to visit Cardiff Castle |

The reception staff are always very pleasant and the room very clean I have stayed several times and was asked if i had stayed before. It would be nice if a repeat stay would be flagged up as staff could then say something like 'nice to see you again' |
