The breakfast was great; hot items were available and there was a good selection. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to the city center, but in a quiet section. It was only a minor problem, but the shower temperature was very inconsistent. It would switch from very hot to very cold throughout a shower. |

The Hotel was very close to the centre of Bath and the receptionist offered to look after our bags while we walked around the city For the price I paid for one night the hotel was basic and rather worn, the breakfast was more half empty than full english. |

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking was easy to find, and free! And it was about 3 minutes walk into the centre of Bath, but still managed to be quiet at night. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were top notch, and the breakfast food was all local - a nice touch. The rooms were quite small, and for 3 adults sharing, could have done with a bit more room, particularly for the price - it wasn't particularly cheap. The breakfast was nice, but the dining room was way too small for the number of guests, and we felt a bit cramped, and like they wanted us to hurry up. |

Booked at the last minute through Booking.Com and did wonder if we'd get an attic room at the front however, we ended up in a large well appointed room with a bathroom bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in! The bathroom had obviously been completely redone very recently and was well appointed. |

Room was nice and clean. and the breakfast was really great, both the service and the food. When we first arrived we didnt get any greetings from the recpetionists, and we have to speak first and tell them we had an reservation, and after that they wer friendly but nothing special. The bed was very small... |

It was central with lots of character and shops were easy to access. The bathroom floor had a raised tile (potentially dangerous) with an area around the side of the bath that did not look very clean. A lampshade was missing from a lamp. The cooked breakfast was adequate but cooking technique could be improved. The toaster was proving to be tempermental. |
