Flott, sentral beliggenhet kun en kort spasertur unna sentrum. Store rom og godt renhold. Utmerket frokost og fleksible ansatte.

Problemer med å koble til trådløst internett i enkelte etasjer.

Skift dusjene! Kun fast dusj som var vanskelig å stille temperaturen på. Renholdet kan forbedres; støvete hyller i klesskap, etc.

Well appointed hotel with clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Decent breakfast in spacious dining room.

Minor quibbles only - lift was too small for any more than one person and a case, window in our room was a bit draughty but well masked by substantial curtain. No parking spaces available in small car park but we were given a permit and parked in next street.

The facility, staff and breakfast were all excellent. Check was efficient, my room was always clean and the breakfast, with the helpful and friendly staff, was very good.

I did not have a car, so it was a little out of the way. This was not a problem after (with the help of the front desk) I learned which bus I should take to the underground station.

The hotel has no bar, it has apparently some kind of restaurant, but there was no service of the night of my stay, my room was cramped, and the single bed was marginally wider than the average clothes line.

Everything was satisfactory for the purpose of our stay.

Would prefer larger towels the ones we had were on the small side - we would prefer mugs to cups and saucers and a cafeteire for coffee we were only offered instant

Excellent location close to the city centre.

The room (at the top of the hotel) was far to warm, even with the window open. No AC. When the window was open, it was difficult to sleep with the road noise. (Try and get a rear facing room)

I enjoyed the close proximity to the city centre as well as the close proximity to the Bath Rugby ground which was the reason for the trip.

The first room they put us in was tiny and dated, with a lot of noise disturbance during the night (pouring gutters) but the second room was a lot better.

I liked the location, the style of the hotel and the way the modern facilities had been installed without losing any of the character of the building.Also, all the staff we met were excellent -pleasant and helpful.
