Location, frienly atmosphere only had one of my two rooms booked for us. Half our party had to go elsewhwere. The problem was between your onbline booking service and their IT system. |

Well appointed hotel with clean room, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Decent breakfast in spacious dining room. Minor quibbles only - lift was too small for any more than one person and a case, window in our room was a bit draughty but well masked by substantial curtain. No parking spaces available in small car park but we were given a permit and parked in next street. |

The hotel is very convenient for staying in Bath. The food is good and the service is very good. However, some of the rooms are eceptionally small and sparesly appointed.They are exceptionally clean. The room was very bijoux. There was no mirror near the hairdrier point. There was no bath only a shower and the price of the room was, as a consequence, somwaht high for the accommodation provided. |

The facility, staff and breakfast were all excellent. Check was efficient, my room was always clean and the breakfast, with the helpful and friendly staff, was very good. I did not have a car, so it was a little out of the way. This was not a problem after (with the help of the front desk) I learned which bus I should take to the underground station. |

The hotel has no bar, it has apparently some kind of restaurant, but there was no service of the night of my stay, my room was cramped, and the single bed was marginally wider than the average clothes line. |

Everything was satisfactory for the purpose of our stay. Would prefer larger towels the ones we had were on the small side - we would prefer mugs to cups and saucers and a cafeteire for coffee we were only offered instant |

The Breakfastroom and breakfast were good and staff there very friendly. The hotel is close enough to the centre and there are parking facilities. In our view this hotel is overpriced. |

Excellant welcome in reception lovely rooms and very clean. Free parking available and easy to locate. Close to city centre a perfect location. Would definitely recommend to friends. |

Excellent location close to the city centre. The room (at the top of the hotel) was far to warm, even with the window open. No AC. When the window was open, it was difficult to sleep with the road noise. (Try and get a rear facing room) |

Nice breakfast unpretentious, spacious rooms, parking on site, quick check in reasonable value for money. Lounge looked dreary and un -inviting. Needs a re vamp (didnt use but looked in) Open fire wd be good and newspapers with free coffe machine. The tv in our room was small only had 4 channels. These days one expects a bit more up market technology in such a City Centre Hotel. |

I enjoyed the close proximity to the city centre as well as the close proximity to the Bath Rugby ground which was the reason for the trip. The first room they put us in was tiny and dated, with a lot of noise disturbance during the night (pouring gutters) but the second room was a lot better. |

I liked the location, the style of the hotel and the way the modern facilities had been installed without losing any of the character of the building.Also, all the staff we met were excellent -pleasant and helpful. |

The best thing about the hotel was the location which was very handy for exploring the city of Bath. It was also very quiet. The room was a bit on the small side. |

The bed was comfortable. Did not like the breakfast, poor service and limited choice of foods and also the kitchen had run out of the choices you could have for your breakfast. I had 8 baked beans on my plate. |

Very much in the ambience of Bath - traditional building within central area. Convenient and atmospheric. Parking was a big plus. |
