This B&B is conveniently located close to town, so a short walk takes you to pubs and restaurants. The room had everything we needed, with a nice hot shower in our bathroom. Breakfast was delicious! Owner was very helpful with directions and laundry issues!
Location Breakfast good Friendly
The room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and gentle. Very clean room with an excellent wi-fi.
Maybe a bit expensive (80 pounds for a single room) but i visited it in a bank holiday weekend. You have to checkout at 10.30 am
Location, ease of parking, couldn't fault our stay here.
A great landlord who really made us feel at home. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent and I'd be very happy to come here again.
Spotless bathroom; comfortable bedroom; friendly and helpful staff; delicious, hearty breakfast; reasonable rate.
It would have been helpful to have had specific parking directions ahead of time. It was stressful driving down the narrow street beside the Inn. We were not aware until we had already checked in that the Inn has private, safe parking on the property, away from the street. This is a great selling point that should be promoted.
breakfast, modern room, private parking, welcome drink offered, not far from the center
the room, bed and bathroom too small
Steve, the owner/manager, could not have been more helpful. He directed us to the best Italian restaurant in town, advised us in our attempts to spot dolphins and tailored our vegetarian breakfasts according to our individual tastes.
We arrived to a very warm welcome from Steven, who showed us around the property and our room, which was apart from the main house. Good size room with a modern ensuite. This property was very clean and well kept. Only thing that we couldn't utilise was the lounge area, unfortunately heavy rain from hurricane Betha, caused a leak in the roof, so unable to use for our stay of two nights. Wonderful breakfast that set us up for the whole day. Five minute walk to the centre of town.
very friendly nice staff, very clean
a bit small for the price
Nice place , very close to all attractions, few minutes walking distance. Steven was very helpful, friendly and joyful. He took very good care of us.
Small friendly place to stay. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Patio to have Sun downer.
Jacuzzi bath didn't work. No decaf coffee in room but when we asked was provided with a bowl full.
Wonderful: food / room / personalized help / location!!!
Good location and comfort. I was on the ground floor so did not get the views but they had good off road parking facilities.
Carpet a bit tired in the room - that's the only negative comment I can think of.
A lovely B&B Steven was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious especially "the stack".
The staff was very considerate, in that my train didn't leave until 5 hours after checkout and they allowed my to leave my luggage there while I continued to explore Inverness. Breakfast was wonderful, and the room was great. I'll stay there again.
prompt attention when things pointed out to staff complimentary fruit bowl was a nice touch
noisy plumbing in room small room - would have been more suited to single occupancy
The location was very good to town, train and bus station.. Steven was great and very helpful! We had 2 rooms upstairs and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Rooms were nice and very well maintained.
The rooms are spacious, feels luxurious and was clean and kept clean during our whole stay. Excellent choice of breakfast available. Friendly and helpful staff. Great private parking available. Working Internet access. Wished we could have stayed longer.
We arrived in Inverness particularly early (3 hours before check in time) and after phoning the proprietor to see if we could get changed and leave our gear there, we were informed that the room was ready and he was happy for us to check in early. Very accommodating and friendly owner. Breakfast was a feast to behold!
It is a short walk to town and Tesco. Owner very obliging. Easy access to getting out of town. Front bedroom has some noise from passing traffic.
we booked 2 rooms and one room with some problem on the sink blockage and without hot water for bathing in the midnight. we got this fixed on our 2nd day stay after shared our comment with the host.
Steve is very friendly and helpful. Nice little touches in the room and a nice welcome bottle of wine of arrival
Friendly welcome Room in a little annexe of the building which was great for peace and quiet to get on with work. Lovely Breakfast
Courteous host, pleasant and clean room, delicious breakfast :-)
