Nice intimate little guest house.Warm & comfortable.Modern bathroom with a shower design I would like at home.Spa bath also!Great parking at rear & easy walk across River Ness to town.Steven our proprietor could not have been more helpful & friendly.Great breakfast.Highly recommend this hotel.Highland hospitality at its best!!
Not a thing
Host was very helpful, let us use his washing machine, cooked great breakfast. Phenix also helped with sights to see, how to get there, good eating places.
Bedroom was in a new annexure, but not much room to move and bed was really soft - a tad firmer would be better.
only thing was the beds were too soft for some of us though really good for others in the party
The location of this hotel was within easy walking distance of the city centre with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and well-presented and the en suite was excellent. Steve cooked us very lovely breakfasts each morning of our stay, the staff were very engaging, friendly and full of useful information about the city and the surrounding area. A car park is available at the rear of the house for all the guests to use
I could not get the Wifi to work after reading the instructions. It wasn't essential so I did not pursue the issue.
Breakfast and arrived early and took baggage.
The bed was broken, the mattress was broken as well. Poor sleep. Bed was a double. Have stayed in the hotel a few times before this and has just been taken over, attention to detail lacking.
Walking distance to city center ( 5 minutes). Room is very clean and confortable ( a little bit small). Very good breakfast.
I loved staying here and would likely stay here again. Steven made the experience just wonderful and very much like staying in a friend's home. He was so friendly and accommodating. The bathroom tub was surreal and a welcomed treat after a day of wandering the highlands. Loved it!
Friendly, helpful owner, who even gave us extra water as we were leaving. Good meals, priced well, clean room & good facilities.
No power outlet in bathroom for hairdrier.
This B&B is conveniently located close to town, so a short walk takes you to pubs and restaurants. The room had everything we needed, with a nice hot shower in our bathroom. Breakfast was delicious! Owner was very helpful with directions and laundry issues!
Good facilities, Excellent staff
Location Breakfast good Friendly
The room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and gentle. Very clean room with an excellent wi-fi.
Maybe a bit expensive (80 pounds for a single room) but i visited it in a bank holiday weekend. You have to checkout at 10.30 am
Location, ease of parking, couldn't fault our stay here.
A great landlord who really made us feel at home. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent and I'd be very happy to come here again.
Spotless bathroom; comfortable bedroom; friendly and helpful staff; delicious, hearty breakfast; reasonable rate.
It would have been helpful to have had specific parking directions ahead of time. It was stressful driving down the narrow street beside the Inn. We were not aware until we had already checked in that the Inn has private, safe parking on the property, away from the street. This is a great selling point that should be promoted.
breakfast, modern room, private parking, welcome drink offered, not far from the center
the room, bed and bathroom too small
Steve, the owner/manager, could not have been more helpful. He directed us to the best Italian restaurant in town, advised us in our attempts to spot dolphins and tailored our vegetarian breakfasts according to our individual tastes.
We arrived to a very warm welcome from Steven, who showed us around the property and our room, which was apart from the main house. Good size room with a modern ensuite. This property was very clean and well kept. Only thing that we couldn't utilise was the lounge area, unfortunately heavy rain from hurricane Betha, caused a leak in the roof, so unable to use for our stay of two nights. Wonderful breakfast that set us up for the whole day. Five minute walk to the centre of town.
very friendly nice staff, very clean
a bit small for the price
Nice place , very close to all attractions, few minutes walking distance. Steven was very helpful, friendly and joyful. He took very good care of us.
Small friendly place to stay. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Patio to have Sun downer.
Jacuzzi bath didn't work. No decaf coffee in room but when we asked was provided with a bowl full.
Wonderful: food / room / personalized help / location!!!
Good location and comfort. I was on the ground floor so did not get the views but they had good off road parking facilities.
Carpet a bit tired in the room - that's the only negative comment I can think of.
A lovely B&B Steven was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious especially "the stack".
The staff was very considerate, in that my train didn't leave until 5 hours after checkout and they allowed my to leave my luggage there while I continued to explore Inverness. Breakfast was wonderful, and the room was great. I'll stay there again.
