Warm welcome ; Lovely breakfast and very varied Cosy, clean and very friendly people. Heather and Gareth took personal interest in us and although we went at a relatively dead time (2nd week of January- Nothing interesting going on in Blackpool ) they had quite a few suggestions about what we could do. If we preferred to stay in we were welcome to use the front room which was very tastefully decorated. As to location, it was close enough to town and the promenade to walk in but not so close to the shore so as to be windy and disturbed by seagulls. The Odeon was just a 5 min walk away A lovely stay and I will certainly book again

After requesting the least stairs possible, I had a ground floor room. I would have liked to have been nearer to the beach as I am a very slow walker but for others it would be fine

Very friendly landlady on arrival , had to pay on arrival but then again you have to pay sometime so this is no great hardship , all staff were great and a very comfortable room and nice breakfast , great location just a 5 minute walk down to winter gardens and tower and so on , (maybe ten mins if you take a stroll) small car park on front and we thought it was great value for money , would stay again , there are slightly cheaper hotels in blackpool but you get what you pay for .

Excellent, 8.6
Score from 81 reviews
“Elmfield was well located and provided the facilities expected for the price which was excellent. The bonus was the people who own/run it - John and Donna - they were superb hosts and could not do enough for you. If I was ever in the area again I would certainly stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it.” Roger, Paphos |
