Two-bedroom apartment on the third floor, immaculately presented, clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped. The charming and helpful owners clearly care about their guests - Andrew was kind enough to wait up for our late arrival. The location - 50 yards back from the beachfront amusement area near the harbour - puts rides, arcades, bars, boat trips, chip shops (countless) and seafood stalls within easy reach. M&S (food) and Boots, are two minutes walk, Co-op is five minutes. Beach is five minutes walk.

There is some noise, both day (from the rides and amusement galleries) and night (from bars in the square). If you are fully engaged with all that Bridlington has to offer, this wouldn't be a problem. If you are looking for a quiet weekend by the sea, you might want to look elsewhere.

The thoughful bits, like the milk, and continental breakfast, tea, coffee and the nice touches that made it feel special. The wine, grapes and chocolates. Everything was very nicely presented and fresh flowers and petals on the bed all looked lovely. There was someone there if you needed them and it was nice to have a parking permit. Owners were very polite and curtious and I would recommend the apartments, they are in an excellent position for bars, restaurants and the beach.

Bad water pressure made the shower run cold sometimes.

The whole experience at Carlton Apartments was superb. The room was gorgeous, the petals on the bed, the studio facilities and the view all excellent. When Andy & Cyndi found out it was our anniversary we had a lovely gift in a chilled bucket from them - so kind. Great service with a smile too. Perfect night away from the kids!! dancing at The Spa was super too.

Cannot say there was anything to dislike at all.

I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pent house suit was spotless and welcoming.

Couldn't fault it at all. Was a lovely penthouse apartment with everything you could possibly need for a self catering place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be booking the penthouse suite again and definately recommend to anyone of any age who want a relaxed romantic break.....

The apertment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is very well equipped and comfortable. The location is close to the town centre and amenities but in a quieter crescent overlooking the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and expect to return

The penthouse was beautifully presented. Loved all the little extras like fizzy wine, chocolates, flowers and breakfast stuff. Oh, and the gorgeously comfy bed, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers. Really friendly owners. All great.

The decor was excellent with every possible extra included: The bedding and towels were a lovely quality. Presentation of everything was thoroughly thought-out and very effective. Thick towelling robes and slippers, a small pack of chocolates, water in glass bottles by the bedside, a small bottle of something in an ice bucket (we don't imbibe, so didn't note what it was). Packs of coffee, tea, as well as milk, butter packs and jam in the fridge . A pack of croissants. Basically it was a very impressive sight.

A full length mirror facing the toilet............................? not really where one would want to see their reflection. The only disappointment (and for us it was a huge one) was the inadequate water and shower system, which not only decided on its own temperature in spite of selection, and pressure almost non-existent being mainly a little better than a dribble, but the fact that it turned itself on and off during the course of attempting to get clean. The taps of both sinks in the bathroom and kitchen also only gave water as and when.

Luxury accommodation, well laid out, lots of facilities, close to shops and sea front, at an affordable price.

The apartment was absolutely gorgoeous, nicer than some houses I have seen. It was beautifully decorated, very modern, and there were some lovely touches by the owner like bottle of water and a chocolate by the bed. He even left us a pint of milk. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Location. Cleanliness. Ease of access. Modern fittings and fixings. Comfortable bed. Everything you need in a self service apartment.
