The Rugby Hotel is the ideal base to enjoy the many delights of Warwickshire. With its central location, the hotel is close to the main shopping area and DIRFT Crick.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Rugby. Rooms very clean, nice decoration and fresh towels every day. Evening meals exceptional and good value for money. Owners and staff lovely, excellent customer service. Will definitely return.
I think the overall quality of the bedroom was akin to a new house showroom, very good quality.
Clean room with a good size bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Nice dining room. Quiet at night (at least it was when I stayed there).
Small car park which is first come first served. Otherwise it's street parking nearby.
QUIET ,CLEAN AND TIDY .FRIENDLY STAFF IN BREAKFAST ROOM WILL DEFO USE AGAIN
The personal welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
a little noisy in the morning and on a sunday, I would have liked breakfast a little later.
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfy bed, very, very clean
Very noisy pub across the road, the music could be heard through the windows, luckily the music stopped just before we decided to go to sleep but could be an issue for anyone wanting an early night (i'm sure you could ask for a room to the rear and possibly wouldn't be an issue for a mid-week stay)
nice room quality breakfast and close to station so ideal
Close to town centre and railway station. Good Indian restaurant almost next door...Curry Club
Didn't realise that Restaurant was closed on Sunday.
- breakfast - location - bed was very comfy
- room too small for a superior double - car park inadequate
Style: not just another one of those faceless business hotels
Room Excellent Food Excellent Service excellent
No lift all toilets upstairs for restaurant users
The hotel lies on a busy nog very nice street. We had a room at the front so the roadnoise was there. There are parking faciliteit however the passage to these places is very narrow and not for the fainthearted.
The room was in a detached area from the main building and therefore there was no road traffic noise. It was halfway between the main railway station and the town centre so not too far to walk for either. They had toothpicks on the dining room tables which is a rare thing these days.
A little more attention to catering for an ever increasing number of allergies or medical conditions that seem to be inherent in modern society. I am controlling Diabetes II by diet, so sweetner as an option on the breakfast table would have been appreciated. Catering packs of diabetic jam and marmalade should now be a standard option. One had it as an option, where I stayed recently but having requested it 3 times from both the restaurant staff and reception and not been offered it, I gave up.
Pleasant stay there, would recommend highly.
Clean room & bathroom
No air conditioning - rooms very hot - unable to sleep. Not in a good area.
Hotel cleanliness was excellent Lovely big bath towels In room tea and coffee facilities were good Breakfast was good Staff were very polite and helpful
Location isn't brilliant the 'deluxe superior' double bed was tiny and not at all deluxe or superior Only parking for about 6 or 7 cars
I had to have a random visit to visit a friend. The hotel suited where I needed to be - I was delighted as it was far better than I thought it would be - I wish I had arranged to have dinner as they have a proper restaurant not just fast food / snack - I did not eat there but would do if I returned.
Everything was fine for me .. I managed to get one of the limited parking spaces. The bar was a bit pricy but comfortable and adequate for my needs - I did have a drink at the bar while waiting for my friend. Staff were charming and attentive .
Liked the price per night......£65 Overall quite sufficient..... no passion or feel about the hotel.... blandish......
I have learnt many gross swear words between the hours of 11pm-02300hrs whilst we were trying to sleep.. A beautifull kebab/takaway shop just outside our room window which is right next to the hotel entrance.... Never again...............
Room 20 is excellent; restaurant was high quality.
Room 17 is not as good as 20 but both are called Superior and are the same price. Room 17 bed was quite small for a double.
friendly staff, pleasant restaurant.
Absolutely fantastic place. It was perfect for what I needed.
Couldn't fault a single thing.
So pleased I booked here rather than the Premier Inn on outskirts of Rugby. We were in room 20, which had a double bed and en suite. They room was fantastically clean & the en suite had a decent sized shower. Didn't stay for food but the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to Rugby train station too.
The car park is a bit of a tight squeeze & only fits 5 cars. There is other parking near by.
Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.
The hotel was clean, friendly and very helpful.
Everything was fine
