We thought the beds where very comfortable .
location was great
the rooms were damp. No lights in bathroom. The bed was ok but wasnt very comfortable. The room was very small
staffs, no breakfast .. it is charged.
Views and location amazing.
The breakfast was a bit of a let down.
Good quiet night sleep, following a few pints in the bar
Single room, not very good view from the window and the room was a bit small
Location- superb. Staff very friendly and helpful, view from balcony excellent! This review looks like more bad than good, but did have a very good time, such a lot to see and do nearby!
No telephone in room, tv not working properly, meal times too rigid, late breakfast, early dinner! Would prefer duvets to blankets, especially with small children. Not Hotel's fault, but parking was very difficult!
Private and quite zone.
The central location. There is free parking if your prepared to walk 15 mins. All the staff from the receptionist to the maids were very helpfull, approachable and chatty, generating a good feel around the hotel. We did eat out which was not a refelction on the hotel, but more convenient for us. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.
We had a sea view with a balcony which is a must but feel that if the owners spent a minimal amount of money they could make the balconys more private by investing in some perspex perhaps making them more private.
Seaview room on first floor had wonderful view.
Seaview room on first floor close to hotel entrance also happened to be directly over speakers for bingo calling in the evening and musical entertainment later. Had to purchase ear plugs to be able to enjoy early night whilst staying there. this affected large portion of that corridor
Position - right on the beach
Parking - way too expensive
Location was outstanding, wonderful views. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good entertainment every night. If the owners could afford it, the bedrooms really need a refurb, new carpets, new beds, new bathrooms etc, then the hotel would be perfect.
Parking a bit tricky but public parking in September was fine if you have lots of change in your pocket. The room was ok but the whole hotel could do with a refurb. Our double bed was not very comfortable, springs sticking up, so not a good sleep really. Other than that, not a bad hotel.
It was on the beach, close to shops and had a balcony.
For £119 it was very poor, there was no wifi, no shampoo/showergel or conditioners provided. Very cheap toilet roll, one window was broken, cheap 99p coffee and tea. What was advertised on booking.com was a misrepresentation of what we saw when we arrived. It was shown as an up to date spacious bedroom which it wasn't. Also the day we were leaving, check out was supposed to be 11 we were interrupted 2 times without anyone knocking felt like we were being kicked out. I think we deserve some sort of compensation or refund very disappointed if I'm honest.
It's close to the sea, with a peaceful view in the balcony.
No wifi there..
Hotel situated in excellent position.
Hotel dirty and falling apart, our room flthy, carpet was`nt cleaned once in all the time there.Sliding door came off rotten runner and crashed onto balcony plastic chair!, my wife or myself would have been killed if one or other had been sitting on it.Curt apology from desk, no formal response from management, disappointed with a lack of concern for our safety and well-being.Shall be making a formal complaint in near future.
Across from the beach Friendly staff
Room tiny panoramic pics misleading Tv no reception so useless and tiny No wifi and no mobile reception Dirty room Not value for money what so ever and breakfast extra cost , rip off Balcony tiny and very dirty with cigarette butts Bathroom tiny, sitting on toilet, same time as head in the sink lol Decor very old and broken wardrobe Very uncomfortable bed with springs been felt through the mattress
cracked basin,broken tile in bathroom,dirty window,faulty shower,uncomfortable mattress
Room was great, breakfast was ample and very clean, very helpful and pleasant members of staff. The bar area was comfortable and spacious. They also had good entertainment.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower was a bit grimy around the bottom and the water was hot enough but the shower head was not working properly. Although my daughter shower head was ok.
Location Beach Friendly reception
No Phone Service in the Room No WIFI No bathroom supplies i.e. shampoo etc No way to reach reception other then to walk!
Sea front location, very helpful staff.
Blankets and I was cold in the night.also no breakfast in the morning .
Small bathrooms. And no bath tub.
Balcony in sea view rooms.
Walls thin. Cd hear every movement, walking, snoring etc of next door guests. Blankets not duvets used. Bit shabby.
Rooms were very small, no double glazing, could hear sea all night, earth wires visible in bathroom, no phone in room, tv ariel hanging out of socket, payed to stay for two nights but only stayed one, no refund offered or given,

Room was a bit too small
Excellent sea front position, recommend a room with a balcony.
