Lack of parking was a problem. Just about Ok in march but later in the season I would think a nightmare!

Wouldn't be a compliant but the shower in our room was slightly split, so couldn't use it also the first night was freezing due to heavy winds and the door leading to the little patio was far from air tight, and the room was freezing (might as well of had the door open) - the rooms weren't bad other than that so just needs a bit of work on bringing back up to standard. Also first impressions mean alot and think the front outside the hotel could do with a bit of decorating I must admit if I haven't of booked it online and was looking then I wouldn't of stayed there due to how run down it looked outside, it's a shame as inside in fairly well kept! One last thing would be the maid trying to enter our room at 9:30 in the morning on our deparcher day, they knocked once and didn't really give me time to wander and opens the door then quickly closed it when they must of seen a light on, I think this is very bad indeed, when I told reception they said they should knock twice, but she 100% only knocked once.. They did say they would keep a check on it. I don't think they should go in the room until after the 10:30 time it states that we should be out by. But taken all that to one side.. We did still enjoy our stay, and couldn't fault the reception staff at all, and would still recommend if these things were dealt with.

Possibly the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in.. Booked a double room and got a room with three single beds, which backed on to a lift shaft that was in use all night. There was not a single soft door closer anywhere so all night we had doors slamming. Couldnt sleep atall, If I had booked for more than one night I would have left hotel... My room number incidently was 335.. I recon the interior walls we extremely thin or had no acoustic value what so ever. Without doubt a very bad experience..There was not a single element of the room that suggested quality. Even the badly fitted shower curtain which was clean , blocked the drain up.

1) The hotel was very close to beach and had a good view during sunset and sunrise. 2) The location of hotel was very good. There were lot of shops and hotels around the hotel. 3) There was a casino opposite to the hotel and it was a good timepass at night.

1) The hotel doesn't have a lift and we had to climb the stairs with the luggage 2) No car park for the hotel and hence the car had to be parked on road 3) The shower was not working properly. Either the water was very hot or very cold 4) The lights in our room was not working and that was not taken care even after we brought this to the hotel staff notice 5) The balcony was not neat to stand there and enjoy the view. It was very dirty and no privacy.

The Carpet was messy and the blanket quality was very poor. I got rashes on my skin probably Bed bug bites.

It was old,dirty and the bathroom was so close to the bed that we could hear the flush leaking every single night.

Beach view and a decent hotel for the price

Only the seaview is excellent.No service at all,eventhough as a B&B service cannot expect.

I have stayed for a night and booked for a double room. But we have been given a twin bed. Room is too small that we can't move around. It's built commercially to have as many rooms as possible. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, avoid this. Not worth for the money we spent and we are definitely disappointed.

A nice room with a super balcony overlooking Sandown Bay. The beach was right on our doorstep. The hotel was clean and quiet with pretty good facilities. The room had a bath!

The complimentary soap in the bathroom was very poor and hwas obviously not new. The shower was not very good either.

The view is excellent - almost on top of the beach and overlooking the bay and local pier.

Bed springs were digging into my back. Curtain track was coming away from the wall. I had to tune in the TV myself so we could see 4 channels instead of just 2. Breakfast was poor and the hotel is obviously geared up for large coach parties and doesn't deal very well with individuals or couples.

It's only the location, and the seaview room..the bathroom is okay

The room is not clean.. Duvet is not soft but itchy, floor carpet has pet hairs, rusty kettle, no phone in the room to contact reception, no wifi.. I don't recommend this at all

Hotel dated needs improving

Not a lot to be honest.

Poor standard, needs an urgent make over, you can hear everything that is going on in the surrounding rooms.
