Very clean and tidy rooms with a high standard of decor and maintenance. Room facilities were good with DVD/Freeview, fridge and tea making facilities etc. This 'Hotel' is really a guest house as it does not offer midday or evening meals and, at the moment has no bar. |

Was very comfortable and homely, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the location, was within short walking distance of all shops and nightlife. Could not fault it. |

The room was a very high standard, the owners were very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay - great value for money only that I would've preferred the option of croissants at breakfast as i'm a vegetarian |

Breakfasts were good with lots of choice. Hoteliers were very helpful and hospitable. Lovely comfortable bed. No bath, only a shower and the shower had very poor water pressure. No internet facility. Public payphone not working. Sheets not changed during our 5 night stay and towels only changed once. |

Very good location not far from the beach and the town centre. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Very good selection of food available for breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome and there was plenty of information available about the local area. The fridge in the room was a bit noisy. The windows in room 9 rattled a bit although the windows are being replaced soon |

Immaculate accomodation offering the comforts of home; choice of latest DVDs at no extra cost, very welcoming and attentive owners. All in all a most enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellence. |
