Very nice single room, well-appointed with view of sea across the flat roof. Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Extremely good value for money, hotel very handy for centre of town with pier, tower, etc just a short walk away

The staff at reception, the bar and in the restaurant were excellent as was the quality of the breakfast. Would be an ideal stop for grandparents taking young children to the illuminations.

The hotel is in a quiet location close to the North Pier, but within easy walking distance of all the main sights. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the comfort and unique character of the hotel. The Manager and staff were pleasant and friendly.

The Manager ( I presume) - on reception very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was excellent - very tasty! Very clean generally.

Rooms dated - could definetely do with new showers! Couldn't control temperature & was not a power shower! Staff pleasant - but doubtful about their comprehension of the English language.

THE RECEPTIONIST WAS LOVELY. OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY LOADS OF CAR PARKING SPACES TRAM STOP RIGHT OPPOSITE

THE ROOM OVERALL WAS GREAT. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO POINT OUT THOUGH THE CONDITION OF THE NET IN THE WINDOW!!! IT WAS MORE BLACK THAN WHITE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. WE COULDN'T LOOK OUT THE WINDOW WITH FEA\R OF IT BEING NEAR OUR FACES. I'M NOT SURE THE BED WAS A DOUBLE. IT WAS TINY. I AM SURE IT WAS A QUEEN. FRIENDS WE TRAVELLED WITH STAYING IN SINGLE ROOMS ALSO SAID THERE BEDS WERE LIKE TODDLERS BEDS. ALSO THE LIGHT COMING UNDER THE DOORS FROM THE CORRIDOR WAS DREADFUL.

Decent room rates for a Best Western. Right on the sea front

Noisy corridor outside the room - floorboards "squeaked" whenever anyone walked past & door slammed shut each time too. Tiny window with no view. Bar/restaurant seem to lack atmosphere

The room we were given was clean and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were spotless. Lovely breakfast..

Its all down to to taste, what pleases one doesn't please another. But in all honesty this hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly and helpfull. The decor needs a good makeover but.. great value. I've stayed in Blackpool so many times, this was one of the better hotels.

Staff were friendly. Nice bar. Good location. Good cooked breakfast. Bed & breakfast rate was reasonable given the small room size and basic facilities.

Room was too small and dark. Bathroom was tiny and cramped. Room was too warm even though the outside temperature was relatively low. I wouldn't like to stay in that room on a warm night. The "sea view" was only if you craned your neck to look out of the very small window at one side of the room.

The hotel was in a great location, not too far from the town centre. Ample onsite parking. Excellent breakfast.

The bathroom was a little small, not such a problem as we were only staying for the one night, but any longer may have proved problematic.

Sea view room even thought only there for one night. Breakfast excellent even though self service, but choice and quality. Plenty of car park spaces.
