Best Western Carlton Hotel    

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with pleanty of choice. Its in a good location as its a short walk from the town centre.

Friendly helpful staff, ease of parking, location of hotel - quiet part of town yet within easy walking distance to the centre and in a good position overlooking the sea. Restaurant was pleasant, our evening meal was good nicely presented and not expensive. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was spotlessly clean although on the small side and quite dark - for one night adequate but not for longer stays.

the staff were excellent and friendly. We booked 2 rooms there was an issue with one of the rooms which was sorted out with the minimum of fuss and to our satisfaction. Staff were very apologetic for the inconvenience it caused us. Breakfast excellent value for money, staff very accommodating when I asked for scrambled eggs.

The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly with good quality food and drink. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to a tram stop and has adequate parking.

Evening meals were excellent and good value. Staff were very accommodating regarding our need for early meals because of work.

Like so many of Blackpool's hotels the décor looks rather tired. Lack of shower gel etc. was disappointing.

The size of the room (219) it was too smallfor a double room I felt confined every time we turned over in bed we knocked something over. The bed was very uncomfortable too I would stay there again but ask for a different room next time.

The place had a funny smell to it on arrival,rooms poky and need of some tlc,the bathroom was dated and very very small! Shower just decided to stop working half way through! Won't be staying again wish I had a booked with the Hilton as planned.

Nice clean accomadation

Newly refurbished, unlike many Blackpool sea front hotels. Very clean and tidy. Pleasant staff and free wifi in the bedrooms. Other hotels take note!

Uncomfortable pillows. Room was very small and outside the window was scaffolding...not the best view!

Resturant staff were unhelpfull, never got scrammbled eggs that were asked for and table cloths were dirty. Room was more of a large single than a double. Shower wasn't a power shower as advertised. Extractor fan in ajoining room stayed on all night.

The room was way to small, no hot water for a shower, internet was poor and no tv signal.

The Room I stayed in had no bearing to the pictures on the web site and not value for money.

Shower could lose a bit off pressure when it was busy but not a big problem. hated they dont do smoking rooms which can put me off booking

Quieter location on promenade just short stroll from the tower area and has transpot trams and buses right outside and just 5 mins walk to Blackpool North Station. Fifth time i have stayed here and although more expensive than many other hotels you do get what you pay for in Blackpool

The staff were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the food at the restaurant was excellent. Best curry my husband has had!

Room was a bit small and I kept forgetting about the 3 stairs leading to the toilet!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed half board and the choice and standard of food at both meals was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others

The bathroom was chilly and the shower just warm enough with hot water only supplying it.
