the cramped space. No AC. Poor b'fast. no options to get a bigger / better room. NO value for money. Too expensive for this level of accommodation.
The location was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room rate was very reasonable for London. The bed linen was very clean - well done to the room staff.
The room was really small. The furniture and fittings were shabby and poor quality. The bed was very lumpy with prominent springs in the mattress.
-good location -cheap -you get what you pay for it was very basic but did the job.
-no lift -carpets on the stairs were dirty -only one pillow -no wifi in room -noisy outside
Every thing hopeless noisy room and specially bath room of hardly 2ft.
Clean Ensuite ok Good value breakfast and pleasant serving staff at breakfast
Room too small
The bed was awful, the room wasn't clean and the room was very very small
Room very small and cluttered with movable cupboards, water was foul smelling and there was a sign advising not to drink the water.
Right accross the road from the Eurostar and handy for the tube. Clean and well presented and breakfast was excellent.
The room was quite small, but this is probably normal for the area and price range.
Great location. There's Chinese eatery place is great in taste and very reasonable. Must try.
Cannot sleep well on first night. Noise rumbling from supposedly underground train gets louder into the night. Guests checking in the late hours can also be clearly heard.
price which included breakfast
THE ROOM WAS SMALL AND THE BATHROOM VERY SMALL
Helpful staff, good location, good breakfast, clean hotel.
The bed was long due for replacement. Could also do with a comfortable chair.
Courteous staff, near a tube station and restaurants
Room is smelly and dusty. We felt cramped in the tiny room. Elevator is too small and old.
- very close to Kings Cross station and loads of bus stops; - many shops and pubs in the area - very clean rooms - friendly staff - quiet rooms
- rooms were quite small, especially the bathrooms
CLEAN rooms, great staff
Tiny rooms, expensive for size & location
Locatioñ is perfect for Kings Cross travellers. Please ant reception. Excellent breakfast. Will certainly go again.
Room a bit small but not serious problem, was out most of the day.
Location to Kings Cross station Low cost
Poor quality accommodation Depressing ambiance Very noisy
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, just across from kings cross station.
Breakfast Clean Room was tidy Quick reception What you see online is what you get. (NOT LIKE SOME HOTELS) Good access
Twin room down stairs was a little noisy as you hear the Tube, but they finish around 10pm till 6.30am.
Very close to King's Cross Station. A lot of ethnic restaurants near. Very cheap.
Curry smelling, traffic noise. Limited Breakfast chioce.
The ONLY upside for this dump is the location to the Eurostar's St. Pancras station.
If it weren't for the front desk staff, this hotel was ghetto...the people were trying to be of help. To top it off, the shower had no water pressure so that none of us could shampoo our hair. Seriously, the stay at this place severely tainted our impression of London.
close to eurostar for our connection Breakfast good staff very friendly
Noisy with traffic due to location
I can't think of anything I liked.
Rooms were beyond small. Bed was almost on the floor and very uncomfortable. Noisy, smelly, cramped, bathroom unacceptable, bedding poor. Had breakfast in a totally inadequate room that was filled with people all vying for a place to sit. We saw a mouse in the kitchen.
Food and Location
Very very very small space room for 4 adults and dirty also.
