The receptionist was very helpful, and cooked breakfast early especially for us at 6.15 am. Noisy due to no double glazing; fittings and decor definitely 'tired'. |

The young girl doing the cleaning was both nice and pretty. I just can't get it in my head why you can't get a decent room in London for about a 100 pounds. One with a working shower at least. Or a toilet that you can sit on without hugging your knees. |

Although I thought the staff were very nice. And the room was clean but the ensuite was tiny, I couldnt move around alot in the shower and It also took me half an hour or so to wash my hair because the shower was running so slowly. Breakfast was also included in my stay and again the breakfast staff we nice but Couldnt even eat my breakfast because It was not very nice. The size of the shower and how slowly it run, the breakfast was not very nice. |

I found the receptionist very helpful and considerate, and willing to be of assistance with our baggage. the lift/elevator was eratic and awkward. the doors and corridors were narrow and difficult to handle baggage |

not alot...the fact that our paty who stayed came out in a rash after we were back home wasnt the beat either, some of the people of the front desk were nice and helpful. The size of the rooms...the size of the beds... the fact we had a room of four and only could have double beds not four singles...one man on the front desk (he might of been the owner i dont really know) tried to acuse our group of not paying the full rate and tried to get more money from our group a day into the stay oh yes and finally the rash / 'Allergic Reaction' we ALL seem to have had since... |

Apart from the lift which could only take one person at a time, and the sausages which were lethal, everything was as could be expected. A very nice budget hotel with a good location. A new lift! |

1) Proximity to Kings Cross so I could catrch an early train. 2) Very acceptable cooked breakfast and fresh coffee available from before 7.00am If I come again, I shall try to book a double room for single use. I am quite large and I found the single bed a bit small for me! (It was however a comfortable bed.) |

too noisy. I fell asleep at 4 am but was woke up by all the noise coming from upstairs through the ceiling at 7:50 am, and could not ever fall asleep again. |

Room was far too warm. Furniture with broken handles and generally outdated carpets, curtains etc. Somewhat compensated for by relatively low price. |

Great value for money hotel, located just off a quiet square near the rail and tube stations at London's Kings Cross. |
